Saw a flyer in mail and called them to maybe leave a voice mail since it was after hours. The owner picked up and started yelling because I called him at 7pm.

In 2014 I hired royal style windows to install all windows in my basement and some on main floor. In one year windows lock did not work properly and had some insulation issue. I called them and they said will send someone but never did. They suppose to install a egress window but never did. I had to hired someone to install new window. I would not suggest to anyone purchase windows from them. Dishonest and unprofessional people.
