I highly recommend Dr. Côté . He is very competent and professional. All his staff are very qualified and friendly. The service is fast. No waiting time. The place is convenient. Thank you so much Dr. Côté for giving my two kids the excellent treatment. We are extremely satisfied with the results and very grateful to you.

***updated***My dentist referred my daughter to this orthodontist. Terrible receptionist. So bad that I didn’t even make an appointment to see the doctor. No please or thank you. Put me on hold for so long that someone else picked up and said “can I help you”. Then never apologized for the wait. Offered me a date and when I said that didn’t work she said “well what works for you then”. How am I supposed to feel confident in the service provided when the first impression is so bad? What a shame.UpdateDr. Brent Côté reached out to me personally and not only apologized for the mistreatment but also promised to speak to staff in order for this not to happen again. He also offered a free consultation for my daughter and a generous discount on the treatment plan. Not only did he rectify the situation but went out of his way to ensure client satisfaction.

Dr. Côté and employees are friendly and always smiling. Fluently bilingual and happy to help any way that they can. The office ise bright and welcoming. Treatment plan was well explained and appointment times were respected!!! Flexible office hours as well. I am happy to recommend Orthodontie Outaouais

Although we did not receive actual treatment yet (our son is being monitored for now), every visit was very professional and Dr. Cote explained with patience both to us the parents and to ourson , the patient, what the course of treatment would be when time comes.

I strongly recommend Dr Cote for any orthodontic work you may have. Outstanding work, knowledge, skills and results. Great use of tech. Also all the staff are super friendly and professional.

Dr. Côté helped both of my sons with Special Needs. One son wore traditional braces the other Invisalign. I recommend that you book an appointment and discuss your situation with Dr. Côté personally and not the secretary.Since every child with Special Needs is so different, it would be difficult for a secretary to know how to help (because your request is not something that maybe they are use to accommodating and there might be a lack of understanding).Dr. Côté is a kind Dentist who became an Orthodontist and will be honest with you in how he can help. Dr. Côté was recommended to us by Dr. Morin (a top drawer dentist).Once the staff met my sons and were use to them, it was smooth sailing. And yes, I did have one issue with a receptionist which was promptly resolved. It is bound to happen, as no one is perfect.I can state that my personal experience was wonderful. I am very grateful to all the staff. They were all very understanding and patient with my older son who did not always say the most appropriate things because of his Special Needs.I highly recommend Dr. Côté. He is always pleasant and a joy to deal with. Thank you Dr. Côté and staff for a great experience.

Consider yourself to be a very lucky person, if Dr. Cote is your orthodontist. Very knowledgeable in his field, explains your situation to you in detail, and fully answers your questions. Very good and very professional staff too. If you're looking for a top notch orthodontist, look no further. You will be in good hands with Dr. Cote. I personally find his prices to be very acceptable too, if compared to the Ottawa side.

I have been searching for an orthodontist for both myself and likely for my son. Working with the public, I asked around for referrals of good orthodontists that caters well to both adults and children.I got a lot of referrals, all over the city.I decided to call this clinic, which is the closest to my new house.I called to book an appointment and to get some informations about the general procedure for the firsts consultations. (My son having special needs, I wanted to prepare and reassure him.)The receptionist was very abrupt, I felt I was bothering her.I suggested a few days for our firsts consultations.She told me that it will be hard for the clinic to bend the whole staff's schedule, around mine and my difficult" child.My son is not "difficult".I thanked her for her time and hung up... in tears."
