I believe it these guys doing work next to a day care in highfield.for most of a year they flooded the parking lot and side walk of the day care.Soaking little kids on their way into the building in the am.Parents complain and the 2 younger guys laugh at the parents and curse them from inside their machine room.They flooded the parking lot so bad and often the asphalt had to be replaced.A few times the power of the water was so bad it came out of the building across the sidewalk into the front grill of cars.The 2 guys working there even said they have hoses they could use but don't.
