I ordered a pair of edge lux shoes may 4, 2023. They ripped the next day. I sent them back for a refund two months later I’m still waiting. I have notified visa and RBC and they said this not acceptable. Adidas online doesn’t care. They have owed me over 80.00 now for two months. I’m a frequent customer and will never ever buy from them again.

We parked at one end, after 3 hours of shopping, still had not made it all the way around and back to where we began. That's not only unusual for me to not see an entire mall, but to have to leave before I did so as I was shopped out...this place is gigantic! And then it keeps going. We didn't even make it to the Bass Pro Shop.

I changed my 4 stars to one star.It's not a very inviting place anymore, it seems they just want to chat with each other instead of Helping the costumer. I checked online for the item I was looking for and it said it was in stock in the store by Wednesday, but when I went to the store they didn't have it in stocks and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. Its so disappointing driving all the way there and coming back empty handed.One of my favourite brands, the material is so good. Every time I go to this mall I stop by, they always have a good sale, and very friendly staff.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is pretty confortable with music provided. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Fitting rooms available. Price is ok, but good with discounts. Free mall parking available.
