Macelleria Venezia

This place is around the corner from me and after walking by several times, and a little while ago I decided to go in and see what was on offer. I was not disappointed and have since been back several times! They have a great selection of top quality meats, their burgers and meatballs made in house are absolutely delicious (I've got a tray of meatballs in my fridge awaiting a tomato sauce bath as we speak and I just finished a pack of burgers last week) and very reasonably priced (and are an absolute steal for the quality you get), and they have meats and other products that can be tricky to find elsewhere. The service is also top notch; everyone in there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

This is such a fantastic place to shop for meats! Everything is incredibly fresh and high quality. My favourite is definitely the lamb chops! The owner is so friendly and provides a great service. I’ve honestly stopped buying my meats at the grocery stores for the last 2 months and I don’t regret it one bit!

Friendly folks, fresh products, relatively good prices. The only downside is the lack of variety, which doesn't harm the place at all.Hands down one of the best places to buy meat.

Macelleria Venezia has been in business for over 50+ years and you can certainly see why. They source everything local from Ontario and have some of the cleanest and best tasting meats that I've ever had. Their steaks and sausages are my personal favorites. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and you wont be disappointed. The owner of the shop is friendly, kind and one of the nicest people you will meet in Toronto!

I bought their meatballs, provolone and tomato sauce to make meatball subs and it tasted better than any restaurant’s I’ve had.

We purchased a pork leg to make prosciutto. Wonderful meat. My father in law ordered three more legs as the pork is of great quality. Fantastic service too. Will definitely try other cuts of meat, and return again.

I started shopping here in order to stop buying plastic wrapped meats at the grocery store. I bring my own containers and they are happy to fill them with wonderful and fresh Ontario meats at very reasonable prices. They owners are lovely and they also have a small but well chosen selection of cheeses, cured meats, olive oils and delicious sauces. Highly recommended !
