I have tried fried chicken from a few other Friotu locations, but none beat this one. The chicken burger w/o the lettuce tastes so good, and that hot sauce, what is the secret y'all?? Anyways, tasty food and great staff. 10/10, highly recommend :)

Fries are good, chicken is dry though. Cod is their fish of choice, avoid it. Fish cooked from frozen. The General Taos is not good, tasetes like cilantro, without any proper spices. Mid overall

One of our go to place for Halal pizza and burgers. Their food ,specially fries and sauce are very unique and delicious.Not the best place to dine-in.

Will definitely not come back. I ordered the chicken club sandwich expecting to get the same sandwich as I recieved many times at other locations only to receive a chicken burger. Shouldn't all franchise locations make the chicken club sandwich the same way?

This Fritou Chicken is my favorite but they were not impressive today. I placed my order online and they told me that it would be ready in 20 mins. When I got there after 20 mins, my order was not ready. I had to place a new order and had to wait for another 15 minutes before I got my order. The workers I met had very poor customer service etiquette and the lady who served my drink has no sense of hygiene at all. The chicken burger was well prepared and I would recommend it any time.

I haven’t been here for a few years just because I live fairly far from Fritou in Saddletown but it’s well worth the drive! I had a Chicken snack box which comes with fries, coleslaw, and this exquisite hot sauce. The chicken was great, truly it was fresh and well perfect. Coleslaw tasted homemade. They really load you up on the scrumptious fries too! But it’s their in-house hot sauce that gets my heart and double 5 stars. Honestly it’s that amazing. An exquisite flavour with a hot punch at the end. I’ve never found this unique flavour anywhere in Calgary or elsewhere for that matter. Today, I ordered a large tub of it for later. The little cup that comes with is enough for this meal though. This restaurant is halal. I wish they would bottle their sauce because I’d buy a case of it.

Not the greatest in my opinion, customer service could be better as well, establishment can be cleaner, straws should be covered especially with Covid around, once I ordered the fish and chips meal and honestly it was the high liner brand they just bought from the local grocery store.

Food:it is super hot and fresh , chicken pieces were really good and super hot fresh out of the oil. They dont make in advance so u wont get any cold pieces.i have overheard 2 different people swear that this location has the best chicken and sauce of all the fritou locations but i cant really tell as generally all fritous are tasty to me. maybe they are right but i cant tell.One of them even raves that she drives to this location all the way from S.W.Efficency:often times it can get busy so be prepared to wait a little bit as it is worth it.Space:they have tables to sit but sometimes if its busy they can all be full so be prepared for take out if the tables are full.

People at this place are deceivers. I ordered 8 fritou wings over the telephone. 30 minutes later I came to pick them up, they weren't ready. When they finally gave it to me, I opened the beg what I saw I couldn't believe. It was six terrible broken and miserable pieces of wings. They broke one fritou wings into two pieces. They've done that several times to me, especially it's to go order. Terrible customer service and not good atmosphere. If you want to be deceived, go to this place. I strongly not recommend this place under no circumstances. No value at all!
