Ended up there on May long weekend and was dreading the anticipated wait and staff shortage. The staff were EXCELLENT. They triaged as best they could and prioritized folks appropriately from what I saw. My wait was reasonable and the level of care far exceeded my expectations. Caring and professional from start to finish. I cannot complain about one aspect of it. I know they are overworked and understaffed but they definitely didn't let it affect the care they provided. 10/10.

Saskatoon City Hospital: Emergency Room
The nurses in emergency are absolutely amazing. Yvonne went above and beyond to make me feel supported and cared for. I was there for a couple of hours and observed how she cared for every single patient like it was her own family. She made me a little rain coat out of garbage bags so I wouldn't get wet in the rain while walking to my car! Thank you Yvonne for having such a beautiful and caring heart! You are amazing!

Do to my own clumsiness we were forced to visit City Hospital Emergency on July 27th at about 6:00 p.m.Our experience in emergency was nothing but exceptional. We would like to thank all of the nurses the doctors and all the staff that were working in emergency that evening. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Specially Yvonne. She was so nice and she made feel relax. She was very comforting and I almost forgot the pain that i had from my injury when i was there lol. We need more people like her. I just wanted to thank you all the Nurses and Doctors at the Saskatoon City Hospital ER. April 4 2023

we stopped at the hotel 4 minutes from the emergency, my 3-year-old child had a high temperature, my husband applied for 5 ml of Tylenol and they refused due to the shortage. shame

I went there last night.My pinkie finger was bleeding and they took me right in.I don’t know the doctors name or the nurses name but they were both awesome.This is definitely the best emergency ward in the city.
