Visiting in Olivia BC from California. It was nice the vegaburger was on the menu. It was good. The bun was better them I'm used to. The bus is often just holding the burger but in the case the Bunn has taste to it. The Fry's came in a mini deep fryer device. Nice touch.

Came to A&W with a very simple order with a couple burgers and drinks as we do often; but when came time to pay, we kindly requested to put forward $5 cash towards our bill and pay the rest on card, and the operator scoffed and rolled her eyes at us as she took the cash.I was very sad to see such rude service at such a classic lunch stop in Oliver. Looking over other reviews, I hope that this issue can be addressed soon.

Came through the morning of Aug 19th and the female staff member working the window at the time was super cold and unwelcoming. Very unfriendly. Even after I said thank you for the food, she just said “yep” then shut the window. No idea what her problem was but clearly wasn’t having a good time.Note to owners: if you want good customer service responses, put someone nice on the window!!Also, toast was super burnt. Disappointed!

The Sign posted in this establishment clearly states FACEMASKS OR FACECOVERING REQUIRED. I had my face covered with my shirt and was still denied service. My shirt is the same typeOf material as the 711 masks which are allowed. Somebody needs to talk some sense into this manager and educate her

Went in around 7:30pm to get some food after a long day, the front staff were both very rude and unwelcoming. Watched 3 people come in from the drive thru because of missing items. One of the female staff were talking to their friend the entire time I was waiting (20mins). Seemed as if they didn’t want to help anyone and we were all inconveniencing them. I Felt bad for asking for a drink aswell once my food arrived and the worker said absolutely nothing at all to me she just handed me the pin pad and turned around then served 2 people and talked to a co-worker before giving me my cup. My buddy burger had tiny little hard balls in it, seemed like plastic. Eat at a local restaurant avoid this disaster.

Every time I go through the drive thru there’s one worker (who for some reason is put on drive thru) that gives no effort in handing you your items I park right up to the building but she won’t stick her arm out not even her hand past the window I’ve said something to her now after having to get out of my vechile several times when she could of made an effort to do her job. It’s every time not jsut with me either ppl in front of me and other I know that get this poor experience

Today I bought a poutine and there were several blueberries mixed up in it. A&W menu doesn't even have anything with blueberries, either... how does this even happen?Other than that, this location is consistently slow with constant waits, poor customer service and unintelligible drive-thru speakers. Not uncommon to see 3-4 people parked to the side waiting for their food.

Onion rings were different than I normally have at A&W elsewhere. They were not crunchy and had few breadcrumbs on them. The onions rings were very disappointing, but the jalepino chicken burger was really good..

The young girl at the counter was very nice and accurate with our order. The renovations look good.
