The staff here have definitely proven to me that this is one of the best car places in town! Th online booking process was super easy which I was thankful for. The staff were not only nice but also knowledgable and clear about swapping my tires and how the storage process works. When I informed them I would be unable to pick my car up the same day they ensured me they would do their best to keep my car inside overnight and even called to confirm this with me. I will be coming back!

The service at Kal Tire on Kirschner is top notch! Steve, Keith, David and the rest of the staff work extremely hard to ensure customer satisfaction. My recent visit was a great example. A couple of weeks back, the Kal Tire team made an unfortunate mistake with respect to my service. This was the first time in many visits that I had a problem. They owned up to the mistake and made things right. This is the hallmark of a great customer service. Every business makes mistakes from time to time, but too few take responsibility. Kal Tire does. I recommend them highly.

My wife had an appointment for a tire swap for 3:00 pm on November 12th. Tires were on rims and 3 were in the trunk and one in the back seat. Shop was asked to replace the winter in the spare tire compartment with one of the summers. The job was not completed until after 4:30 pm and 2 tires were in the trunk and 2 wet tires in the back seat. No tire in the spare tire compartment. A totally different experience from the one I had at 8:00 am that same day.

It was an awesome experiance, very nice and very helpful staff, and if you buy tires like I just did, you also get many good guarantees like life time warrantee on flat tires, and once a year rotation and balancing for free very nice.

Customer service is dead with this particular Kal Tire. I will abbreviate this text but suffice it to say I am very disappointed. Was told by a neighbour to go to OK Tire and they would help me but on a spur of the moment decision I pulled into Kal Tire. All I needed was one lug nut loosened on my spare because I didn’t have a deep enough socket to reach the nut. The attendant told me it’s too much work and to book an appointment! I immediately went down the road to OK Tire and the friendly attendant said” no problem “ and within 10 seconds had the nut off. I have used Kal Tire numerous times in the past( buying tires, changing tires, etc. but they won’t see me again!

Great service buying new winter tires and getting them installed. They were done well within the time frame I was quoted and the guy in the shop loaded my old all seasons into the truck. David was a pleasure to deal with as was manager Steve. Will be back for new rims in the fall.

Will definitely come back. All staff were swamped with phone calls and paperwork - but when they could pay attention to me - they were excellent. Knowledgeable, professional, quick turnaround, and a great price. One pro tip - just acknowledge your customers when they walk in the door - even if it’s just to say “Be right with you”. Looking forward to doing further business with you!

Had a bad leak in my tire, stopped at cal tire for some help and was told they couldn’t do a thing they were booked up. They had open bays and three guys at the desk doing nothing. Pretty sad that they wouldn't help someone in a bad situation. Will never recommend them to anyone or go there for anything.

This is the smallest Kaltire in Kelowna but gives a superb Service quality. I brought my Sequoia in for brake check and they noted effects on my Rotors and pads.Their system showed that work on the brake was done by Kaltire fleetwood Surrey a year ago and is still covered by waranty. No question asked, they ordered the parts and replaced all the rotors and pads with premium parts at ko cost to me. Best customer Service experience I ever had. This Kaltire Branch is the BEST!!!

Kal tire went above and beyond to rectify a mistake they had made ordering my new rims and tires, friendly and diligent customer service and certain peace of mind shopping at this store. Thanks for the help, will be a repeat customer.
