The process to schedule a repair was quick and painless, especially given that the problem occurred on a major holiday weekend. A gentleman named Harry Patel called and arrived in a timely manner, and he was very courteous and professional. The repair was done and we got our hot water back pretty quickly.

Matthias and Markus did a fantastic job replacing the motor on our water heater. They were prompt, quick to diagnose the issue, and were able to get a replacement part installed in under an hour. A great father/son team.

We had the Furnace and Air Conditioner replaced by Enercare on June 06, 2023. The names of the two technicians were Anthony and Sam. Both were excellent, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.They did a thorough job with the installation, explained all matters and answered all of our questions. They were very respectful of our home. At the end of the job, they cleaned the work area/s spotlessly.Both Anthony and Sam work very well together as a team. We are very pleased and satisfied with their job - THANKS

The Enercare employee Mr. DD came within appointment time for annual furnace maintenance. He spent substantial time to clean, diagnose the water leak inside the furnace, clean it, tide the leaking hose etc, he then do a test and ensure the furnace run properly by running the Goodman furnace apps. He also re-adjusts two of the 'flap' inside the duct ensuring the maximum air flow. I am satisfied with his service, and would again ask him to do next Enercare annual maintenance service.
