I booked a massage a week in advance. The day before they call to tell me that it's canceled. The guy I spoke to today was rude, never apologized or asked if I wanted to rebook. He just said that I shouldn't have been able to book the appointment in the first place. Well then why did it take this long to tell me. Now I have to find somewhere else last minute

I have gone to many massage therapists, for many years, and none have been as good as Tracy. I’ve been going to see Tracy for 4+ years now and she is a fantastic massage therapist who knows what she’s doing. She’s been able to help me manage some chronic lower back pain through deep tissue massage, as well as modify at times for a more therapeutic massage to bring down stress and anxiety. Her intuition on client needs is spot on and it’s a truly healing experience when I go see her. It’s a clean and safe environment, and they’ve always been really accommodating with my schedule. I am happy I found them and Tracy - they are a big part of my health and wellness and I can’t recommend Silver Springs Massage enough!

I had an amazing experience here. From the moment I walked into the clinic to when I was getting my massage from Nancy to leaving. Everyone in the clinic was very welcoming and Nancy did a fabulous job on the massage. I am 22 weeks pregnant and surprisingly with how gentle the massage was I walked out of there feeling 100 times better and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

If you are looking for an extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind male massage therapist, I recommend you booking at least an hour with Evan Shepherd. I have tried relaxing and deep tissue massage with him, and he was able to release a muscle contracture I've had since the pandemic started. My back isn't hurting anymore! Thank you Evan!

Experienced a very unprofessional situation - without even having a massage here. Their website advertises that they offer prenatal massage and does not indicate or mention that prenatal massages are only available past the second trimester. I was informed of that because I was only (with 1 week to go) in the 1st trimester that my massage was a cancelled, less than 30 mins before my appointment. They admitted that no one checked my intake form prior to this. As this is my second pregnancy, I’ve had prenatal massages in the 1st trimester elsewhere with no issues. Had this information been listed on their website, I wouldn’t have booked at this clinic.The receptionist wasn’t apologetic and I was offered to book a month later at 16 weeks, even though the 2nd trimester starts at 13 weeks. When I responded that I was disappointed to be notified so late but understood their policy and that I wouldn’t book there again - she grumpily said “it was my prerogative” not to rebook or go with their clinic.Very unprofessional without any focus on customer service - book elsewhere.

I've been here a few times and have had great experiences both times! I recently started working with Nancy Rowland and she's unlike any massage therapist I've ever had. After some initial discussion about my injuries and other treatment, she spent her time working on specific muscle groups to ease my pain. I left with a better understanding of how my muscles worked together, stretches to continue my progress, and a lot less pain! Already have my next appointment booked!

Having just moved back to the area . I was looking for a massage therapist.. I saw Mr. Young Kim . I have seen him twice now and I can not tell you how amazing the massage was !! I’ve had nick pain for years and after the first visit .. I’ve not had any since! I don’t come out greasy, as he takes the time to wipe the skin down with a towel . He is professional and is truly gifted at his job ! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone !
