I have enjoyed the excellent service provided by the Medicine Shoppe for several years. This is an outstanding pharmacy with outstanding pharmacists! Customer service is always top notch. As an added bonus, this pharmacy offers free delivery of medication. Thank you!

This place has great parking and also good service

I can’t say I have ever felt compelled to write a review for a pharmacy before... but this is no ordinary pharmacy. Every single person that works here is so incredibly nice and they go above and beyond. My parents used to live right beside this pharmacy but recently moved 30 mins away. They still get all their meds from here so that just goes to show the level of care and service the staff provide. You guys are the best!

Compassionate and kind knowledgeable and experienced pharmacists at this location I've been going to this pharmacy for many years I can't say one thing bad because they are so positive they really do their best to help you with whatever you require whether it's a prescription pick up ,flu or covid shot, or any over the counter medicine . This particular Medicine Shoppe under the management of the fabulous owner - Mohammed Mig Daddy, skilled professional with outstanding medical skills has offered relentless personal care and consideration of my health maintenance needs for almost 15 years; more recently also provided covid vaccination with all protocols for safety being practised. This pharmacy provides trustworthy guidance and compassionate, empathic support and therefore is highly commended . Using trauma informed practices essential to the local multi ethnic community, a wide variety of goods and services are offered and care that extends beyond medicine and medication. The commitment to the community is outstanding, raising funds for Canada Mental Health!! The location is great with parking and delivery services are also offered. Without a doubt I recommend this Medicine Shoppe with three different locations in the city of Edmonton!

#1: Never had my medication ready, never had enough of it, would take days fill it when I can be in and out of a Rexall in less than 15 minutes.#2: University health provider notified me several times that I had 'an important message waiting', would sit on hold for ages, after finally getting through they would tell me that this precise Medicine Shoppe was attempting to make a change to my medication. After several instances of this happening I told the U to automatically refuse them since it had all been done without so much as a call to me to explain what they're trying to do and why. Unsolicited and unconsented medication change requests, unbelievable.

This pharmacy exceeds the normal routine and attitude that almost all pharmacys have and its most definitely is a breath of fresh air not only is this pharmacy knowledgable non judgemental and also looking as what would be your best options per individual situations . I know the owner and his wife they are compassionate professional and more pharmacys should strive to meet the standards they set .most pharmacys now days see a person with a prescription was a dollar sign where as this pharmacy honestly for real cares not just about your prescription they got that covered but how your doing also I've been a client for many years couldn't imagine going anywhere else ^_^Thank-you medicine Shoppe
