Hot, fresh, delicious, and affordable! No wonder it was super busy and had a 15-20 min wait!First time trying Flaming Kitchen and was recommended the spicy chicken noodles, along with the honey garlic beef rice. Both ($12.99 ea) were decent in portion size, and you could opt to add more items like an egg, cabbage, seaweed and more.Check their daily specials as you can save a few bucks per item. We’ll definitely be coming back to try the other dishes!

The flaming chicken appetizer was larger than I expected for an appetizer. It tasted yummy and the crispiness was great. The flaming spicy smoked duck came with rice, corn and green onions. It tasted good. There wasn't much duck but that was ok, considering the price. The restaurant was clean. Orders are placed on digital tablets and after you're done eating, you pay at the front desk. Overall, the food was affordable and tasted pretty good.

This was my second time coming here and the food was just as delicious as I remembered! Service is friendly and the dishes came out in a timely manner.We ordered the black truffle rice cakes, spicy beef mentaiko udon with added cheese and black curry pork cutlet with rice! I would highly recommend all of them, especially the beef udon although I wish it came with just a little more beef.

My second time going here and they never disappoint. You’ll never have to worry about the food coming out cold thanks to the sizzling plates and the portions are perfect. Got the Black Curry fries, Sizzling Cheesy rice cakes and Okonomiyaki fries. Food is delivered to your table so quickly and smoothly after using the QR code. Everything was so delicious, I highly recommend!!

Love this place, been here on multiple occasions. The food hits every time, prices are OK for the portion sizes, and brought out in a timely manner. Also served extremely hot (hence the place's name) which is delicious and A+. Highly recommend the takoyaki it's a must have here!

nice place to have sizzling hot plates for a cold day. more carb and meat heavy and the portions are pretty generous as well. although keep in mind they have a $20 minimum for debit and only accept cash or debit, no credit!

Concept and food here are really amazing. The sizzling Korean rice cakes are must have. The udon noodles were delicious at a decent price. My only complaint is that I wish the noodles were grilled more to allow that wok/cast iron smoked flavour to come out like with the rice cakes.

Just a regular snack-y food spot in the Midland-Finch plaza. The bf and I got 3 different dishes--the sizzling cheesy corn, sizzling black truffle rice cake, and the Hong Kong style curry fish and beef balls.The sizzling cheesy corn and black truffle rice cake were super hot/fresh when they came out. The cheesy corn was pretty good, but it's a dish that's hard to mess up. The black truffle rice cake was very good/addicting at first, but halfway through, you can see the grease and becomes super heavy. You can taste a subtle amount of a truffle flavor, however, it was just meh for me. Don't trust the picture on the menu too, there's literally nothing but the rice cakes in this dish. The curry fish/beef balls were not bad, but it's the same quality as the frozen ones you can buy at the store and the curry wasn't that special either.I'd probably go here after some drinks at a bar with friends, but it's not really a place I'd go to if I'm looking for quality.

Good place to go with big groups since they have a huge menu with variety of dishes. The atmosphere is also very good.There are small hotpots, side dishes (popcorn chicken, fries, etc), lot of drinks (teas, sparkling drinks, etc), but mostly they sell hot plate dishes.I found the sizzling plate food to be very heavy and greasy. So I recommend you get something light as a side.Prices are decent for food you are getting. But the food itself is nothing special.
