Wow, Twisted Roots Salon went above and beyond. I contacted them looking for a certain product that I was having troubles locating. They did not have the product in, but volunteered to pick some up from their supplier the next day, of which they did. They lady I spoke to (Megan) was so pleasant. It was so nice to have such great service, this is very rear now a days. Thank you!

Karli is amazing! She did such a great job and nailed the inspo photo! She nailed exactly what I wanted. I cannot wait to work with her again for all my future appointments! The salon is gorgeous, Trinity did an amazing job on my hair, she did a root touch up + gloss and it’s beautifully done. 10/10 recommend!

Carley cut my hair a couple of weeks ago. I was able to get an appointment the day I called, and she gave me the best cut I've had in years. With curly hair, it's hard to find a stylist who knows how to cut it - thank you! (I should mention that the price was very reasonable too!)

Neat salon with a relaxed vibe. I was given a cut by Trinity, an apprentice stylist. I was a bit nervous trusting my hair to someone new to the industry, but my hair turned out exactly like I envisioned. She asked what I wanted and made sure to probe for details and get clarification on lengths. Trinity was also good about explaining the process and what she was doing at each step. I will definitely be back to get more work done.

I went in to have my hair, which is brown, matched with my extensions, which are also brown. It eventually turned red during the process of achieving this and they gave up trying to fix it so I had to leave with terrible looking hair! It was embarrassing at work and they refused to try again to fix it. I had an appointment scheduled that I had missed the following day for them to try to have some sort of remedy. After I missed it the manager contacted me and offered me a hydration pack but refused to help with my hair regardless of the fact I had an appointment with them to do that hours previous to her texts.Another hair salon demonstrated much empathy and were also perplexed as to how I wound up with red hair from wanting it brown. They fixed it no problem in no time at all…… The incompetence and bad business practice with this place is surprising given the good reviews.

The best Salon in town! The ladies are very skilled and super friendly. Tracey does a wicked Mohawk and amazing color transformations. Inside is a nice and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a barber on hand for the men and a warm shave....whatever that is because you can see i rarely shave so I haven't tried it. But I'm sure they are a pro at it like everything else. They may have other services I am unaware of so definatly take a look at their social media and see what they have and all the amazing work that comes out of there.
