James goes above and beyond your average builder. The quality and detail of our build is better then any other house we have owned. Would recommend to anyone.

James build a house for us in the Edmonton Area in 2014. Since this time we have had several problems ranging from vent pipes in the attic not being glued ( vulcanized) together ( so they leaked over time and damaged the ceiling ) to problems with door hinges,windows and un-insulted drain pipes.( As a result they make noticeable noise in the basement when the upstairs toilets are flushed).In addition on several occasions various parts of the fascia blew off the house and had to have to replaced. ( Costed much more then you might expect to have replaced)The main concern here is after the house was built James was gone and provided no support.

Best building experience I have ever had! On time, on budget and extremely professional, I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Debruin Homes - James built our Lake-house in Alberta - a large custom built walk out located on 3 acres of lakefront.
