Always on time. Make sure to enter by the back of the building (parking lot). They will give you a new mask and direct you to the front desk.

Organized, welcoming staff, the wait is less than the Hospital. If you prefer an appointment, it could be done online.

5 hours wait for a bloodtest.... There was maybe 100 people waiting on the same thing ....The total time of my interactions with the personnel(receptionnist and blood nurse) ... 2 minutes.This is the most inefficient establishment ever ....And I counted like 10 staff+0/10 would not recommend.My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined!

(GMF universaire) Never had a cancellation or appointement mistake. Always on time (how!?) - and I mean, they were waiting for me even 15 minutes before my appointments.The only two negative points (but since our health care system suck this isn't not that bad) is that your doctor will changes from time to time and you appointments will be slighly longer than usual (5 minutes to 15 minutes) - but again, they will be on time and take care of you)

Have to pay 7$ for parking which would be fine if I didn't have to wait almost 3 hours to do blood test.
