Like alot of other people I have always suffered anxiety while going to a dentist. Dr Zechel came highly recommended to me by a number of acquaintances so I chose to seak out his services.My positive experience overcame my initial anxiety!I found Dr Zechel and his staff to be very compassionate and professional.The reason for my visit to this office was a tooth that had bothered me. I was able to receive treatment and aliviate my pain quickly. To be completely honest he had performed the extraction so effectively I was unaware he was done.While being a patient of other dentists over the years, I have to admit Dr. Zechel was the best experience I could have hoped for. My extraction has healed perfectly and at no time did I experience anything negative. Wonderful, clean office and surroundings helped make me less anxious and my overall visit more calming.I have 100% trust in Bayside Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Centre and feel secure in the knowledge I have thankfully found an outstanding dental service!

This. Place. Is. Awesome!!!!!Formerly the office of Dr. K.W. Lawless, it's now called the Bayside Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Centre.I suffer from extreme anxiety doubled with a very bad recent dental experience at my regular dentist. My regular dentist wanted to do a root canal on a tooth, and I had heard so many bad things about them that I just wanted the darn thing out. They were going to do the extraction there for me, but I had a bad panic attack the day of the appointment I think they just didn't want to deal with me any longer, and they sent me to Bayside to have the tooth yanked.Dr. Zechel is AMAZING! When we got there, he was fixing the television in the waiting room. I joked with my husband that it would be funny if the 'TV repair guy' was my surgeon... and he was!!!!He was funny and so gentle and easygoing, fast but precise and professional as all get out!I'm super hard to freeze, but he did it like a pro, and without all the pain of jabbing needles you usually get - he was quick and it was almost painless.He let me play some music to calm my nerves, and I picked Brick House. The chorus hadn't even come on, and HE WAS DONE! No pain, just a little pressure!!!I was so thankful and amazed at how different my experience was there from my regular dentist that I could have cried!The staff there - the receptionist and the nurse that I met - were both super friendly and sweet!Definitely the new benchmark for how I want to be dealt with by a dental professional and their staff!Best part of it all, they called me the next day to ask how I was doing!!! How sweet! ^_^Super happy with my very brief visit there, and if ANYONE needs any kind of extractions or other oral surgery, GO TO BAYSIDE!!!!! You definitely won't regret it!

I required deep sedation for a dental procedure. Dr Zechel and his team came highly recommended. After dealing with his reception I could see that the recommendations were valid. The receptionist worked with my schedule, explained the procedure expectations, reviewed the covid protocols and was so kind!Day of the procedure I was cared for by a wonderful team and my nurse Lauren was excellent. Dr. Zechel provided top knotch care and my experience was completely comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Zechel and his team.

Bayside has been an outstanding experience for me. I actually look forward to visiting the the Dental Office. Dr Marc Zechel is a special person and very professional as are all the staff. I highly recommend this Dental Practice to everyone who is looking forward to top quality work at a very reasonable price.. Friendly, prompt, professional, and informative. The staff and Dr. Zechel took the time to explain all aspects of the procedure and make sure that I felt comfortable. The dental work was completely painless, and I walked out happy. It was a completely positive experience - would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had such a positive experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. The staff was incredibly friendly, from reception to the waiting room. Dr. Zechel was realistic and kind explaining the risks involved in the surgery and I felt well-informed in my decision to proceed. Overall, a wonderful establishment.

I found a dentist who truly cares about his patients.DR Marc Zecheal and his team are wonderful at putting you, the patient first, your needs and comfort come first to this highly trained professional team.I have never been one who likes to go to a dentist especially a surgeon.I was treated with respect and compassion throughout my surgery.
