Emily is always smiling, an very friendly when I enter the store. Love their prices. Spirt leaf wanted $33 for the funk master Shred. Herbary is $26. Got to love the Herbary. My Go-To Store.

Clean; tidy; well lit; wonderfully stocked; great staff with a wide variety of knowledge about the products they sell, as well as products they don't carry. The HUGE selection of edibles and BEVERAGES!?!? I didn't even know there WERE beverages.

The Herbary is a great place to shop. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is beyond 5 stars. They know the products inside and out and they easily communicate the many specials always going on in the store. Huge variety of products, good prices, above and beyond customer service definitely recommend.

Very professional and clean. The atmosphere was something close to the old apothecaries or a cigar shop. With wood cabinets and glass everywhere. Loved it. They provided exactly what I needed with good recommendations. The shopkeepers were very pleasant and fun to speak with. I will definitely be making more purchases here. I would recommend this to anybody.

This is my regular store! Very clean and well kept. Every staff member I deal with is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Snagged some west coast kush yesterday and it was coverrrred in Crystal. Great products

Wow this store is great! Was visiting town and needed to grab a few things, the staff was was super friendly and helped me pick something different, which I ended up loving! Had a chat with an associate, I think his name was Alex, who ensured I had a great experience! Would definitely come back

Previously, I thought the Herbary was doing a great job. I really appreciate the more up-scale yet quaint atmosphere, and there was a decent amount of stock. I haven’t found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, however luckily I know what I’m doing and don’t need them to pick out what I need.But today when I went in, there were three employees (unkempt looking, if I’m honest) ‘working’. They were kind and greeted me and all that, asked if I needed help to which I replied no. However after that they just continued to stand around and do nothing but talk LOUDLY about nonsense amongst themselves, not a great look.It was hard to find what I needed from the incredibly low amount of stock & variety. This was made doubly hard by the female employee loudly discussing her favourite television shows with (at) her two co-workers. I couldn’t concentrate. Asked for them to let me concentrate on the stock clipboards.After maybe 10 seconds of silence, the loud banter began again.I walked out, and went to One Plant.

Always a fantastic experience, employees Alex and Emily are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks for all the great help guys!
