This tim Hortons on green road is a complete joke. There are so many issues. The management is horrible. Staff are told to not stir coffee because it saves time. Coffee is always missing sugar. First day of smile cookies at 8 in the morning and they don't have any. Like seriously who is even running this joke. If you want to get a coffee that's made right go to any other location. The owner of this store needs to fire the morning and afternoon so called management.

Now days are all Tim Hortons when we order drive through and in store with French vanilla, white hot chocolate, hot chocolate and latte they give only half I don’t know why? We pay and only half! Is it pair? Please don’t do that. This is many times happen

There was a lot of hype for this second ever 2-story Tim Hortons. Finally get to go in and it’s just a regular 1 story with something upstairs for employees? Really odd. Otherwise, it was clean, staff were nice. Parking is extremely awkward despite it being at an unused corner. Somewhat of an odd location, yet another West End Timmies but East still has nothing.

Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes only find out that they could take cash only at the speaker. Things happen and I can understand that technology isn’t perfect. I just question what thought process a manager or team lead would take to place the sign in an area where you cannot leave or avoid wasting time. The staff were apologetic and I feel for them having to deal with an issue that is totally avoidable by having someone that deals with an issue in an appropriate way.

My Fiancée and I recently visited the Green Road Tim Hortons location for some well needed lunch. The overall visit from beginning to end was amazing. Upon entering the store we were delightfully greeted by an employee named Liam. From the start of our order until the time we left, Liam presented us with the upmost professional and gracious service. I do hope that the owner of this location understands what an asset Liam is to their team, as we will be returning due to his delightful service. Thank you again Liam for the amazing and professional service you provided!

Fast service and no lineup. If you log into the app, there are usually good deals like two drinks for a reduced price or bonus points that you can use to redeem for free items. Our iced Capps were perfectly made per our changes.

Enough is enough. You get one star. After 2-3 years, your drivethru is still a disaster and only 1 lane open on a Saturday morning. Going inside isn't any better, you might wait 20+ mins just to get a coffee. This is outrageous. It's time to hire serious staff.

Can be busy at times but they seem to get orders out quickly. I only ever really order a coffee, but they always make it well and it tastes good. No complaints!

went to open the door and it was locked, but saw at least 5 people working the store, with the only 1 car in drive thru, called and asked what’s going on, they tell me walk in doesn't open until 7am everyday, but don’t have any signs posted or anything, just their hours of service
