Very convenient. I often need to travel to us, and i have purchased a bunch of these travel kits. I book an appointment online and get the results in 15 minutes. These results are recognized by both US and Canada Immigration.The entire process is very user friendly and convenient.

Made our appointments for travel covid tests and certs online for the Burnaby location. Got an immediate response verifying the information. Showed up the next day and she was ready for us. We were in and out within 10 minutes. We had our results within 15 minutes (although, was not expected that fast). We highly recommend Spring Medical.

I was in and out in a matter of minutes. They were cheerful and professional. They made sure I had a way to contact them if I didn't get the results of the test right away. The rapid antigen test results were in my inbox 20 minutes later.

Big advantage to do rapid antigen test in comfort of hotel room, just need good lighting , device with Zoom, desk and bring your own test. Appointment arrangements professionally carried out.Results within one hour for me. Recommended.

Made a reservation the day before and after a short wait at the reception was welcomed by the technician who expected me. She asked if I had done this before. I have had over twenty tests as I travel a lot. She then clearly explained what would happen next. She was efficient and confident. A moment of discomfort, and it was over. The usual report is emailed within 30 minutes but I also requested a printed copy. I was back in 20 minutes and it was done. We went over the results and some small changes were made to my personal information to add my passport number and update my address. It was then re-printed and I was on my way. I would definitely use their services again.

Mercy was super nice and extremely efficient! I would use this place for my next travel plans. Make sure you book on line because walking in will delay your flight since it was super busy. I was the last appointment and was done in 15 minutes!

I would recommend this service to everyone whether you want to get tested for travel or other purposes. So convenient to do the test at home, and especially I already have the approved test kits from previous purchase. Super easy procedures and the virtual zoom session was right on time. Got my test report within the half hour after I submitted an image of my test results.

Would not recommend. I booked my own appointment for a virtual test on Calendly. Less than 24h after booking the appointment and a week away from the date, I needed to cancel, and they would not refund the deposit. Stating that it was for admin. Pretty terrible customer care. Book somewhere that is more reasonable with fees.

Would not recommend! Booked the PCR test for the same day results for a premium and did not recursive it. I was told I’d have my results by midnight, my test was scheduled for 2:45pm, they called and asked if I could come earlier, so I did at 2:15pm. Then they called again and asked if I could change locations. When my results didn’t come at midnight, as promised and advertised, I phoned my contact and asked why I haven’t received them. I was told they were looking into it. I explained I had an early morning flight and needed it prior to checking in at 5:30am. The manager “Tina” called me at 2:00am asking my what my travel was for and what time my flight was which I did as not see relevant. She told me I’d get it soon and hung up. Once I received my results,Tina called me and said they were sent. At that time I asked for a refund due to not getting my results when I was promised she said No, and got extremely rude. I did not get any sleep before my flight. My travel companion got her test at the Bon Voyage Medical at the airport Fairmont and she had hers on time without any stress! Go there!!
