I have for a while been a pretty solid supporter of this establishment. I eat there a fair bit. Though after what I witnessed from staff today I will very likely never return.When I walked in there was a homeless person who had just walked in before me who simply asked for a glass of water. The employee ignored them but put on a clear look of disgust. The employee moved on to help another customer and then returned to this person with a look of disgust and allowed them to ask for the glass of water again. The employee grabbed the absolute smallest glass and gave but a few sips of water to the person. This person obviously noticed the blatant disrespect from this employee and threw the cup. They made a bit of a mess from the garbage which of course is not great but easy for staff to clean up. Though instead of allowing the person to leave the location at their own pace. The employee proceeded to grab a cane from the front and not only chase the person out but actually hit them!! The person ran out of the store and was crying out on the street. This was one of the most heartbreaking things I’ve witnessed and I am truly appalled by the actions of employees at this restaurant.

August 2021: coupon for two Chicken Sandwiches... Worth it! I like it but should have asked for mustard, lettuce, and tomato.Good fast food at reasonable prices, especially if you use the coupons available. My 'go to' fast snack is the two junior Whoppers with fries for $4.99 ($5.25 with taxes), great to take along to visit the sites or take a tour-by-transit.Be mindful of the location at night, the area can be a bit sketchy at times (one block south of Pandora-Douglas Street intersection).No take-out window or drive-through, long-term staff are fast and usually friendly. It can get very busy lunch time and 4-6p.Delivery available by online apps. No indoor dining at this time (early July 2021).

March 30, 2023. My wife went in while I stayed outside with the kids and asked for a small cup with ice so she could chill the Apple juice in my daughter's water bottle. The elderly lady that was cashing said by wife had to pay for the cup of ice.We will never enter a burger king restaurant again.

Even though I bought food from here several times in the last five years, they won't let me use the washroom. probably because I am not white. Says only for customers only, which I am—racism at its best.

Most people get take out here. You should too. They have lettuce, sesame seeds and crumbs of all kinds living permanently on the floors, tables and counters

Went in with a voucher for 2 chicken sandwich meals. Girl tore it up and tried to charge me full price for 2 meals. Said it was tax. Tax isn't 50%. Disgraceful attitude. Time before I went there the food was terrible. Will never go back here and don't waste your time here either

The cashier was a rude lady on the attack from the moment I started my order if you hate your job then quit don’t make the customers lives miserable. Common courtesy is a must, be attentive and accommodating coupons shouldn’t make you angry.

Absolutely horrible customer service, no desire to accommodate customers, been under renovation" for over a year. No access to washrooms Wich if I'm not mistaken is a LEGAL REQUIRMENT of any restaurant. I do not recommend eating there and someone should call the Food Inspector. Just absolute garbage."
