Hi, the bad review is not a mistake. The contract was in the name of my husband and it was to change our windows. I was struck by the lack of communication from your company and how bad you handle the installment and the complaints afterwards. The night before someone out of the blue called us to say that the workers will be at our house in the morning to change the windows. We thought they would separate where they change the windows from the rest of the house, which they didn't; as a result the whole house has been covered in dust and dirt, because obviously they didn't bother taking off their boots and the very small floor protective they used wasn't big enough to cover the floor. When taking off a gadget that was near the window to be changed the workers bruised the wall. When I ask whether they would repair it they said this is not their job. When I called your company to communicate my dissatisfaction, your representative told me what I complain about was written in the contract! Overall I am dissatisfied with your services and I would say that there is a huge room for improvement.

Log homes are hard to trim out. No two logs are the same width, height or angle. Most immediate impact is the light that comes in and outside noise stays outside! Boyd was a great resource in choosing the style and color. The install team is quiet, concise and innovative. 8 months in the making and now we get to enjoy! 3rd time customer @ Royalty. I hired Royalty to replace all my old windows in a house I was renovating. They gave me a very good price and I was very satisfied with the installation and quality of the windows...I would not hesitate to recommend them!

We used Royalty for a new project. The service and product quality are terrible. People are rude, window frames are very fragile that they bent while installing. NOTHING positive about this company.

Easy people to work with and the installation team was competent.I ordered three windows, unfortunately two of these windows were significantly smaller than the old windows that they replaced. I wished the windows were the correct size, but this is something I'm going to have to live with.Overall decent experience.

I attended the home show this year and provided the company with my name. I waited 3 days and no sales person called me back. I felt this was un professional but decided maybe they were busy to give them a chance, so I went to see someone at the showroom in Laval.
