LASIK MD

Lasik MD Pointe Claire is one of the most professional, efficient and personable experiences I have ever received. They are incredible at explaining the details of the procedure, patient in reassuring any nerves a client may have and extremely competitive in pricing. Jessica Ryan, really went above and beyond to review all details with me in regards to financing, cost and multiple options with no pressure, only reassurance. I am very much looking forward to my procedure shortly with such a dynamic and qualified team.

More than an hour wait for an appointment to review my surgery ( one year appointment) Had to cancel other activities to travel all the way here ... i would have preferred for them to let me know that there will be lots of waiting to do. Extremely slow service (for just a checkup) !

Recently had surgery done at Lasik MD in Pointe-Claire. Still recovering but so far so good. From the very first time I stepped in the office, through the surgery and following, the staff has been amazing. Always smiling, reassuring, detailed in their explanations and professional. Definitely helped make a nervous situation be more relaxing.

LASIK MD West Island was phenomenal. From the moment that I walked into the clinic for the pre-op appointment the staff was welcoming and friendly. After the first meeting i was well informed of procedure, optional payment options and was able to book my appointment for surgery without any challenges or hassles. The day of the surgery the same friendly staff welcomed me and made any nerves disappear. Every step of the way each staff member was informative friendly and supportive. During the surgery the surgeon spoke to you during the entire procedure. The surgery was quick and painless. When leaving LASIK MD some staff memebers shared their stories and every single person congratulationed you. Later that afternoon I even received a follow up call to make sure that I did not have any further concerns. All round this was the best decision I have made, and I don’t think that it would have been such an amazing experience if it wasn’t not for the staff at lasik mid West Island !

Honestly, they were professional and I am very satisfied with my surgery. I did have to go downtown for the surgery (lens replacement), but everything went splendidly. It is kind of assembly-line-ish but, that made it efficient. So, no complaints. The staff was very nice and the facilities very clean. It has been a year and I am so happy with the results!

Amazing experience. The entire staff was super helpful and genuinely nice.I had Dr. Bashour. He was amazing. They told me the surgery would be 4-5min each eye. It felt shorter than that with 0 pain during the operation. You don't feel a thing.After surgery I had 0 issues. No pain, no discomfort. Was able to see the minute the operation was over. I am writing this review 3 days after surgery. I see 20/20 with only slight dryness, which I had before Lasik anyway.So worth it

Everyone was very friendly, the procedure, the risks and benefits were all very well explained. There was ample opportunity to get all the answers to the questions.Dr Bashour was laid back, but described the procedure in detail with a sittings voice and the procedure was over before I knew it.It was been about 36 hours and everything is great, with the eye drops. (I was at 20/20 after 24 hours).There may be further developments, but as of now, I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it.

I had surgery last month and I must tell that I am very happy with the results. Even though I got my surgery at the Laval branch I did my follow ups at pointe Claire. They are very nice and friendly staff. I am happy to recommend LASIK MD.

I had my surgery here back in August 2018 and overall it was an extremely pleasant experience! The entire staff was really nice and helpful throughout the whole process. There was 1 employee though that really stood out because I was super nervous before the surgery but she reassured me that everything was going to be fine and she had actually gotten her procedure sometime earlier in the year. I believe her name is Sharlyne . She was working at the reception desk upfront but she was so positive and nice and ive seen her multiple times since then (multiple follow ups) and she is always so pleasant and she asks me how im doing as if she remembers me and she genuinely cares about my eyes which is really nice. All in all really nice office (they have a coffee machine) and the staff is super nice and help calm you down before the procedure (which isnt bad at all)

Next morning, better that 20/20 vision, no pain. Staff was incredibly polite and supportive. Procedure wasn’t as painless as everyone told me it would be, but I survived. Worth every penny. 10/10 thank you to everyone I dealt with.
