Never picked up my phone call.Called 5 times and every time goes to voice mail never bothers to call back.Horrible

The synthetic turf that this company uses is amazing! It looks real, it's thick, lush and easy to maintain. I think it would be a fantastic addition to any homeowners yard!

I had Rob install turf last year, I watched as he placed one roll of new turf and another of approximately 6 pieces patched together. I commented on how this wasn't going to look good at the time. He said after brushing it out it would blend in. I fed him dinner, gave him coffee, I trusted him and paid him a lot of money for this install and his arrogance. For one year I waited for him to change this piece. He had replied to my emails over this time and had some personal issues, so I waited patiently until last week when he came and changed that piece, with a completely different dye lot turf. Looks worse. He tried to say it would fade over time. Unacceptable. He then said he was upset as well and wanted to put a plan together, but I have not heard from him since and have no choice but to leave this review. I dropped $6K and he left me high and dry. Rob, I want all the turf changed out as discussed.

Rob responded to my email request and quickly came to quote the job and completed the job as agreed upon and was very prompt. The mess was completely cleaned up and the price was what we had agreed upon. It was a bit of an odd job but Rob didn't mind helping us get rid of our old treehouse. Thank you! Sue

Rob and his team were awesome!Ours was a long haul to the back yard for 800sq ft of shade sod suggested by Rob after his professional assessment of our back yard.He did soul sampling to check the nutrients and added what was needed for heathy sod growth, tested for poor drainage points in the yard and identified them to us for the future.He even topped a tree to give our floundering new apple tree some more sun!As a business owner I know how hard it is to promise the best and give it to every customer along the way but today I got that service.He is also quoting my on some hedges as well and yearly maintenance programs for my yard.Use them they are awesome!!!Coriey

Rob did a great job of sodding our lawn. He answered my call on a Sunday, gave me a fair quote and got the job done by the end of the following week. He also followed up to make sure that we were watering enough in the hot weather so the roots would stick. Lawn looks great and the kids are enjoying it. Highly recommend!

Rob & Co installed a small putting green in my back garden in early 2016.In 2017 March, my sprinkler service company advised me that TBO’s failed to cap one of the sprinkler heads and that the sand underneath the artificial turf was being washed out. I contacted Rob immediately advising him they forget to cap sprinkler and got a response 3months later in June. In August he contacted me again to say he could fix but needed to be paid and additional $350 to fix their mistake. Tried again in April18 and was told they could fix it in the next month or so. Since then despite calls and reminder emails, they’ve gone silent. Overall, I am disappointed with this company and their non existent after sales service. Called another company to see if they could fix (at my expense) and was told the quality of work was very poor. Today after much more settling of the sand underneath (insufficient compaction ?) the green is unplayable

We have a small back yard and a large female dog. The acid in her pee was destroying our yard, making it really ugly. We also had very poor drainage because of the soil composition. A good part of the lawn was always muddy and the grass never grew properly. Last summer we had TBOs Green Landscape Systems install some synthetic turf and the difference is PHENOMENAL. There's no mud now, so the dog and the kids can play outside all year round and it always looks beautiful! This was the best choice for us and I recommend it to everyone!
