I normally don’t write reviews, but if your looking for a car… This is the best dealership! Service, quality and honesty. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s three vehicles over the years and they do not disappoint. The best part, your still a valuable customer to them even after the purchase.

Service area is fantastic but be careful which salesman you get. One in particular talks too much and just bamboozles you. He does this company more ham than good. The service people are great, the sales manager is very nice but because he sticks his big mouth everywhere he ruins everything. I bought a car brand new this winter and not only did we find a dent but it was defective. No AC. Oh but it’s wear and tear and it’s under warranty. Wear and tear, I never used it! Yes I know I have warranty we pay very dearly. No compensation, no we’re sorry. Nope instead you’re lucky it was under warranty, can you imagine. Yippee!!! Who shall I thank first. Very bast salesman, he talks so much he thinks that we will believe his false narratives

I was happy with the professional service on the long awaited delivery day. Super excited about my new car. The parking lot is very tight due to construction, but hopefully soon will be renovated and good as new.

Yes I had a great experience. I had to change my winter tires to summer tires and without me saying anything they cleaned my car inside and out no extra charge, fantastic. Would highly recommend Hyundai Gabriel Anjou to anyone.

So my engine had a recall and had a catastrophic failure... So I brought in my car, by towing since it wasn't drivable. They told me at first it would take 3 months to do the totality of the repair, which I can understand with the shortage of parts. So I accept it... I ask if it's possible to get a courtesy vehicle and they tell me they have none. I was desperate for one since I had a promotion for a job and had to move a lot, as I told them. No offer to rent one at a rental shop or even compensation when I asked. Thankfully work and my partner were nice to lend one to me. Fast forward to 4-5 weeks later, I receive my car, surprisingly not washed outside, which I was surprised since it was quite dusty and how do you inspect a car for any damages whit out being cleaned??? 1 day in, I notice the substantial amount of scratches on the hood and front bumper which weren't there when I had the vehicle before I brought it in. I call them and immediately and they start pointing fingers that it wasn't them. I immediately tell them it isn't possible since the front bumper cover is brand new and freshly painted. 1 week in, I drive it and it pulls to the left. after I contacted customer service at this dealer, they tell me they don't cover alignments, which surprises me since you need to disassemble the front area which fiddles with the alignment, but at my own dime of 127$, I go to a shop to repair it. Fast forward to this day, I get the engine is on their own dime, but one thing I'm not happy about is I never got compensation for the problems they caused and even came out of my own pocket at the end for an issue that wasn't even my fault... Call me Hyundai, I need to set things straight.Update: they left a comment on this post with a phone number to leave them a review… I called and till this day I never received a call back. If you want A1 service at a dealer go to Hyundai ville Saint Laurent-Laurent.

Forever hating this place! Bought a car here with plenty of mechanical problems. I couldn't even drive my car how dangerous it was. They told me to bring her in to get it fixed. I didn't see my car for a whole month and I asked if I could still have my one month guaranteed? No sorry it's already been a month" yea in your garage. When I wanted to pick my car up I gave zero stars and was told they wouldn't give my keys if I didn't put 5 stars!!! 1 month later 1600$ of repairs ON THE SAME THINGS THEY REPAIRED.. TERRIBLE SERVICE"

I booked an appointment to change my winter tires and they kept my car 4 hours in the shop and after I picked up my car and get home , my boyfriend noticed they haven’t changed my tires and they are still the same. So I understand mistake happens so I booked for second time and I told the operator I cannot loose another half day job, please book me the earliest time in the morning so you change it and I go to work. She booked at 7:30 which I was told this is the earliest. I get there at 7:20 and I reminded them the mistake they have done and I asked them to respect what you promised. They told me it will be done as fast as possible. They took 4 cars in front of me but not mine. I asked the service rep please give me a ride home so I can work while I am waiting since you haven’t even started yet. He threatened me if I send you home now we pick you up at the end of the day. He said he doesn’t want to waste his driver’s time since it takes 10min to change tires if I wait there. Apparently my time doesn’t worth nothing. I will be in trouble with work since I was not expecting another 2 hours waiting…Awful experience…
