I have waited over a month now to have this company return my calls and emails regarding removing two glass mirrors in my home. They should have been upfront and honest the first time and just told me they didn’t have time. They don’t respond to calls or emails, and their voice inbox is always full so you won’t even be able to leave a message. Go with another glass shop, this one will not respond to you.

Had a very positive experience with Amthor Glass. Initially I reached out to Twin City Glass and felt that they didn’t care about my project (Must have been too small). When I found Amthor, they were great to work with. The owner Charlie it a super reasonable guy, his son was very responsive over email, and Peter, the installer, is an artist. If I had to say anything negative, the process did take a long time, but Charlie was very up front about that and I don’t believe it was any fault of anyone at Amthor.

Great place if you need glass cut for any project! The price is very affordable! They will cut your glass that you bring in. They will also allow you to custom order glass. They have mirror glass and all sorts of tempered glass and thicknesses that you may need for your project. I go there quite often for my interior design project for my clients. If you're looking for glass or a piece of glass to be cut this is the place to go very affordable. Turnaround time is not that long.

A+ service from start to finish. We just recently moved into a new home and ripped out the old medicine cabinet. We decided to go with a big 50 long mirror. I called a couple other places to see prices (on the mirror and install) and Charlie was by far the best (much more personable too!). He was a pleasure to deal with. The guys that came to install the mirror were very courteous. I really cannot say enough about this company. I will recommend to everyone I know!! Thank you again!"

Called in for a quote to replace some mirrored walls in my home which had a fire. I was told to send in pictures and dimensions of the glass. I did so and a few days later was told they could not provide me a quote now or in the near future due to shortness of staff and multiple month backlog. And then proceeded to tell me how my mirrors are not broken they are just covered with soot... All I asked for was a simple quote for insurance purposes. They should've simply said they couldn't help me in the first place. Very poor customer service.

They have very good costumer service. Owner Charles came to my house twice to adjust the shower door due to the construction problem by the different remolding contractor who install the shower.Also Charles is a very nice person. He was very pleasant to work with.

I needed a pane for my outdated Moores space heater. They knew exactly what I needed and were able to provide it at a reasonable price. When I got it home, it was a bit too thick, and they offered to grind it down at no charge. They were very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to friends and family.
