Pickup and drop off was easy. Tool was in stock. Tool was absolutely covered in grease (handle etc) but that didn't affect me at all and it worked fine.I rented a SDS drill and bit. They told me the drill was $32 and bit was $12. When I returned it the bit price was suddenly $30 so I paid almost $70 for 5 minutes of drilling; not impressed.

Not sure what kind of a circus they are running there, the Manager Steven is an clown, doesn't know a hammer from a nail. Then he says maybe I should get my husband to come in so he can explain it to him, I have never been so offended in my life. Then asks me make a good review and he will give me a free rental. Needless to say I won't be renting from them hello Sunbelt

Well I decided to try my hand at re finishing my hardwood floors. The people at Stevenson's very helpful getting me kitted out and in the right direction to get this done... they even went to another store to get me the sander i needed and have it ready for me right when I needed it.Great customer service and equipment..

We decided to sand the back deck, spindles and handrails. Steve was a great help with selecting the orbital sander and by giving advice for the sanding project. Steve was very professional and knowledgable which made the work go smoothly. I certainly would recommend Stephenson's for any tool rental.
