Fairway Inn & Suites

This is the motel room you rent when you are planning on going out and partying all night and coming back drunk. This is NOT a nice motel. It smells like cigarettes BIG TIME. There was a bombed out car in the parking lot that had been sitting there for what looked like months and when I went to get the room keys the guy came to greet me in bare feet! ha ha! Our room had definitely seen its share of debauchery. Super dirty overall. The beds were pretty comfy but sleep in your clothes. There was lots of hot water and the Wifi was good but make no mistake, this is a rough mofo of a place. Put it to you this way - our curtains were pinned up and folded because they had CAUGHT FIRE at one point and were burned. Try somewhere else.

If I could give this place zero I would. I am not the type of person to complain but wow this place is bad. I stayed for a weekend because all other places were booked and I would have rather slept in my car. There was no heat and I was forced to sleep in my clothes. There was mold in the bathroom and everytime I used an appliance the power went out.. I had what I could only imagine was a pimp call my room repeatedly at 4 am asking if I was looking for Veronica.. And when I brought up the no heat to the front desk I was met with attitude and he said he would get me a heater... Which he did.. At 3am that night... Really? But it was a tiny radial heater that barely worked. All he was concerned about was telling me no refunds. And the story gets worse.. I accidentally left my inhaler there and when I called back the next day, he told me to call back 5 times. Then on the last time a woman picked up who was soo unbelievably rude told me to call back again and when I asked her if she could take my name and number if they could call me back if they found what I left there, she said no and I'm not even kidding you... She just stopped talking and purposely ignored me like a 5 year old till I hung up... This place needs to be shutdown.

The door didn't have a chain lock and there were no lights in the main portion of the rooms. The bathroom sink counter was broken and the shower curtain was very dirty. My partner and I felt on edge about staying the night with the police outside and felt like we had to stay awake all night without the door lock. Fortunately, the prices were great and the staff was super nice.

Came through on a road trip, and needed a place to crash. The staff was very friendly, and happy to accommodate us despite the short notice and odd hours.Beds were very comfortable. The older décor had more of a feeling of vintage" than "out of date

I booked 10 days earlier 1 room 2 beds. When I arrived at the property the guy customer service representative" told me my room has taken already occupied. Imagine I flew 4 hours and my room is no more there. So I have to go to different place. It absolutely sucks is annoying and frustrating. Will never recommend to anyone else. 0 /10"

BED BUGS!Disgusting room, not heated sufficiently, staff is rude, bed had bugs crawling in it, overall disgusting place that was a giant waste of money. a cardboard box on the street would have been a better accommodation.

Just went to this motel for 1 night and I wish I did some research on this place before booking...The room I stayed in was so gross, firstly it's so outdated and needs to be remodelled and decorated.. There was gross stuff on the walls, looked like brown goo and other stuff on the walls. It was just all together very disgusting I felt gross even being in there. Looked at the bed and the sheets before deciding if it's okay to sleep in, the bed just looked gross and there was stains on the sheets and comforter... Ended up going out and buying my own blanket to use. The bathroom was actually the cleanest part of the whole room.. Which is sad. The pictures look way nicer then what it is when you actually walk into it. It's also very noisey at night/early morning. Kept hearing people talking and yelling and walking around all night, even until 2/3 in the morning.. Just after leaving that place I wanted to look at other peoples reviews to hear about their experience., read reviews about people finding condoms under the bed and needles in the bed, multiple reviews of bed bugs... Will NEVER be sleeping there ever again.

The owners are very rude very strict you pay cash for your own room and your by yourself and you will want to help someone invite them over and they see somebody coming to the room they start falling in the room and they tell you they can't be there they can't be there and then you get to the point where you just unhook the phone and then they come to the door I'm saying he can't be here it's the one bedroom he's not staying the night he's just hanging out with me and then they'll ask for well I want $40 for extra person for a couple hours so they are very greedy owners some of the rooms are nice and redone but most of them trashed I do not recommend going there

A girl and i got back from a weekend trip and made a last minute decision to crash in Kitchener for cheap. I knew friends that stayed here for a reasonable price and the rooms weren't hideous. The online price said $66/night for a King room. When we went inside and inquired, the owner looked at us and said, But you are two women. I can give you a room with two beds for $10 more. But not one bed. It would be different if you were a man and a woman." I asked why that mattered and told him we're trying to save money. He hesitated but gave us the room. Later when we noticed there was only 1 towel in the bathroom

The room 101,smells like smoke and mold which was suppose to be a non smoking room.The light in washroom did not work.I was offered a lamp. Dirty clothes were in the drawers. The owner wanted us to still stay. Then refused to give us back our money..I had to get very loud and called the police.Finally he gave us the refund before the police could get there.The place sucks looks nothing like what's online.plus he charge $180 for 2 night. I woudn't stay there not even for $20.Don't go there.I would rate the place 0 out of 10.
