We have been coming to the Cancer Center for the last 2 months, with our beloved dog Shiva. We feel really blessed to have been referred to the specialists at the University of Guelph and can't say enough great things about our journey with Shiva, through her chemotherapy treatments. We are very thankful for all the staff's help and support, and it speaks volumes to see how great the animals are doing in their care. Again, thank you.

Our dog has received outstanding care from the OVC Animal Cancer Centre. The entire team (doctors, techs, administrative staff) is exceptional and treat my pup like royalty at every appointment. I wish the human health care system was this wonderful! Thank you to the entire team at OVC - you saved our beloved pup's life and his recovery is nothing short of miraculous.

Pretty good for cancer. Referral process was a bit stressful and took a bit longer than expected, though that may have been an issue with my referring vet.

Everything about dealing with them was wonderful. Each person kind, Dr. Farmer & Dr. Laliberté both took ample time to answer all of our (many) questions.Even with heightened restrictions due to COVID19, we still felt cared for, and we knew that Kisses was getting the best possible care.Five stars and three hurrahs for the whole team. Cancer is never something you want to go through, but if you have to, this is the place to go.Edit: forgot to add - the after hours emergency line is also exceptional. Your call is answered promptly and the tech on the line is clear and extremely helpful.

This is our first dog and we found out from our local vet that he has a mast cell tumor on his leg. We decided to call around to find a specialty vet to help us treat his cancer. The lady we spoke to while trying to get a first consult date was dismissive, and rude. She kept talking over us and wouldn't help us find a ballpark date for a first consult. We are pretty disappointed as we thought this clinic would be helpful given their specialty in this area.

We have such few places to turn when our fur babies need our help, especially with an aggressive cancer, I found out mine has bladder cancer and time is not on my side, Guelph simply told me they are booking 2-3 months out. Thanks for nothing! Hope you guys never need help from me.
