The crew and front staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Stephen gives you the straight goods and compatible prices on parts. They know their imports and especially Volvo. I have had my car serviced here and my parents as well for years. I have always felt I was told the truth, given the best knowledge and I felt I always received my car back in a quick turnaround. Courtney as a mechanic and human being is also genuine and knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop over and over again.

I chose Apple Valley for an inspection for registration because of all the positive reviews here and I was not disappointed. Honest, forthright, and thorough. They took the time to discuss the issues, showing me what they found and then advising me on what needed attention and, more importantly, what didn't. They did all this in a way that helped educate me about my own vehicle, what to prioritize in terms of maintenance in the future, and what to keep an eye on to avoid bigger problems. And they were just friendly and nice all around.Highly recommended. I will not be taking my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Thanks for the diagnosis on my thermostat! Especially on a long weekend Friday, was very thankful to know my check engine light was due to a faulty thermostat that was changed a few months earlier at a different auto shop.Great service, honest and very knowledgeable.

So, we're new to Vernon and needed to find a new garage to service our cars. My 2006 f150 needed exhaust manifolds replaced they've been a problem for a while. Next service was to replace some noisy idler bearings, and most recently oil and filters on the 2012 audi. All repairs were done well and in a timly manner. we were always informed of the progress and any potential pitfalls. Pretty happy with all the work AND COMMUCATION from steve. price checking with my son, a mechanic in calgary, the prices have been fair. Great choice for service.

These guys just saved me $2100 by correctly diagnosing the issue with the air conditioner in my Toyota Tundra. Vernon Toyota was prepared to charge me $2400 for the install of a new air conditioner clutch/compressor because they said it was broken. Apple Valley recognized that it was simply low on refrigerant. They re-charged the system, the whining noise stopped and my AC was working again. They also saved me money by diagnosing the small road vibration, pointing out that its a tire issue.I will absolutely be going back there for future service.

I go to Steve and the boys for absolutely all my auto needs. They are quick and reasonably priced. They won’t fix anything that doesn’t need to be fixed. Being able to trust your neighbourhood mechanic holds so much value. They’ve been able to repair everything I’ve thrown at them. One stop shop for all your auto needs! I highly recommend Apple valley auto.

I came here for an out of province inspection because the reviews on google were so fantastic. I must say they lived up to their reputation. Absolutely wonderful service, very professional and pleasant, as well as completely fair pricing. They took their time and were thorough, and I feel as my vehicle was very well cared for here. I feel lucky to have found such a great place to service my vehicles at and will continue to use and recommend their services.
