Very unprofessional. I purchased a mattress and was told to buy the mattress protector so that I could return the mattress if it wasn't suitable and choose another one. After trying it out, I returned the mattress, then ordered and paid for another one upfront. They assured us it would be delivered in a couple of weeks. I asked for my old bed back, they said it was too late. I asked why I couldn't keep the current bed, they said it had to go back. It's been over 5 weeks without a bed. No communication, only excuses, and run around. Not even offered an alternative until ours came in. Nothing. I had to call them every week for an update and finally requested a refund today for products we never received. Will try another local company from now on. Very disappointed.

Designs are great just so happens that they don’t have the one I’m looking for. And their prices were on the higher side.

Franklyn and his team have gone above and beyond to help us find the right furniture for our home. Some minor damage occurred during shipping from the factory, but it was immediately looked after to our satisfaction. Franklyn has helped with decorating ideas and he's great at suggesting colors and fabrics.

I received a wonderful reception from Helen Tran, and I will definitely come back for future furniture requirements from her. She is a 5 stars sales.

Frank and his team are amazing. They are friendly and professional! We do all our shopping for our rentals on PEI at M & M Furniture. The prices are competitive to the other available stores, and most times cheaper. And what's most important to us is it's family owned.

Was looking for a new clothes dryer.They had a good selection of brands, features, and prices.Talked to Helen who was very helpful. There was a little room for negotiation and delivery is scheduled for the beginning of the week.Overall, I'm quite pleased with the service.

Whilst furniture shopping is incredibly difficult due to shortages during the pandemic, Helen made it incredibly easy for us! We asked to see what was in stock and what floor models could be purchased. We managed to choose our furniture for our living room & kitchen and she has it scheduled to ship on Monday!She has helped two first time homebuyers be ready for Christmas ☃️
