Gravel Honda Ile-des-Soeurs

Since Giovanni left Gravel Honda, the service has been terrible, last winter they broke my tires, they replaced them with a 10 year old tires that busted in the highway. They never give updates about your vehicle and sometimes you just arrive and there is no one to explain the work done to your vehicle. This is the main reason Im never buying a Honda again

Went to change my tires and they said it needed alignment. It was so poorly done and even caused damage to my car that to weeks after I had to bring my car to my usual garage. It was very dangerous and of course expensive since I ended up by paying twice. And their response when I complained: accusing the other garage for breaking the car SHAME ON YOU!

Best place to buy your vehicle I went in and Mr Michel was a great help and made everything as smooth as possible. They will actually try to get you into your car asap without any hassle, and also treat you with respect and honesty if you have any question they are not afraid to help you out

Keion the service manager was very patient and helpful, he was very kind to call and answer all my questions and helped me make appointments; Patrick the service advisor was the person I dealt with, he always made sure everything works out as planned, he was also very patient and explanatory to me. 5 stars people, 5 stars service!

There are a lot of dishonest and manipulative salesman out there. Benoit is not one of them. He was kind, respectful and helpful. He was able to get straight to business and follow up on his word. Thank you!

Excellent!!Honda must be really proud of such a great manager as Michel. I recently bought my Honda Civic Sport from Honda Ile Des Soeurs. Michel is a very professional and friendly guy. Helped with the best choice and made the deal at the highest level! If you want to see what Honda customer service should be like, ask to see Michel.

This place is ridiculous. I need to replace my broken mirror on the passenger’s side. When I called for an estimate, they told me that I need to get a quote from the parts department then to call the service to take an appointment to know how much for the labor (Like nobody connects the dots for you you have to run after 2 departments). Then calling service was a real challenge: nobody calls you back, when I got called back the lady said I needed to take an appointment with service to do the evaluation. Once I talked to the customer service for the service the man told me I can get this over the phone. So to call him back and he’ll ask the advisor to take the call but ai again been transferred to this lady who would tell me I need to take an appointment so basically after 2 weeks of nothing and turning around, I finally called Park Avenue Honda, I spoke to someone right away and I got a quote after 10 minutes. Done deal. Like it’s supposed to be.

Awful after sale service. Service manager Keon is rude and unprofessional. They misplaced my 2018 Michelin summer tires who had 1-2 seasons left in them and give me dangerous summer tires from 2012 with zero thread. Do not store with them your tires

Im very disappointed they stopped offering the taxi service for when they keep your car for service/change of tires. They should have let the clients know in advance, it’s disrespectful. it’s one of the reasons we choose them to begin with.
