Richard was very friendly and patient, we had to FaceTime my husband do to his work schedule and he was great about it. Very knowledgeable. He was very honest and throughl.

Both technicians were friendly, professional and took their time to not only make sure we understood the current issue and recommendations, but also looked over other details such as furnace, hot water & electrical with an eye for ongoing maintenance. They arrived promptly to manage our emergency. Appreciate their care to keep our floors clean. Fixed price list made quotes straightforward. Very impressed!

I had an excellent experience using the Gentlemen Pros in the past and called then again because I had no hot water. I was booked for first thing Monday, Richard my service guy showed up on time. I received both a text to confirm and an email of confirmation upon arrival. Turns out it was a better value to replace my 12yr old tank that I never serviced once :( . Richard had everything to complete the job in his service van with basic to advance warranty options (great! options, I was so happy). So boom he was in/out and done, I have hot water. Richard was great, he did a awesome job left the house clean really great. tech. THANK YOU *****

Had Daniel as our technician. It was great, I got exactly out of this appointment what I was hoping. Very informative and honest. Will be using them from now on.Edit: had new water tank installed by Daniel and Riley. Such a great experience overall, guys were very knowledgeable. Also 5 star review from my dog who was very happy with all the attention she got.

The young female plumber that did the work was GREAT. Super efficient, worked within the time crunch I had. explained all the options, did a great job of cleaning up and was willing to put up with my questions. More expensive than I expected but the parts were top of the line. I wish I remembered the young ladies name she was a wonderful individual

Julian explained everything he was doing. Gave me some preventative tips. Julian was very polite and professional. He pointed out some issues that needed to be dealt with, and some that should be done in the up and coming future. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need/want. Strongly recommend your service. Very satisfied

They were available the same day my kitchen sink issues manifested, and did a great job of being thorough and honoring the quote that they gave me at the start. It would have been expensive if the project could have been completed and repaired in a couple hours. It actually took them over 10 hours to finally reconstruct the faulty drain assembly under my sink and auger out a deeply clogged shared drain between my home and my neighbour's. Both Alan and Richard were calm, professional and willing to go that extra mile to complete the job. Great warranty on their work, too.

Logan C. was very professional and helpful and honest in aiding us decide whether our old furnace should be serviced or replaced. He was prompt, polite, kind, and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured, but only clearly informed what our options were and the accurate cost of each option. You couldn't ask for more in a technician coming into your home. We would give him a 10 star rating (too bad the highest option is 5 stars!). We did decide to get a new high-efficiency furnace, and we are very thankful for Gentlemen Pros' amazing 12 year warranty for parts and labor. We can't recommend too highly Gentlemen Pros. If you want safe, decent men in your home to properly fix what is broken, call this company.

Marc was absolutely fantastic! I can't say anything negative about my experience. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He came to do an electrical inspection and I am so glad he did. Gave me a great insight as to what items needed to be addressed sooner and what could be addressed later. I felt comfortable asking questions and everything was explained to me in a way that made sense. He was even able to fix a burnt outlet while onsight that we had concerns about. I will definitely be using them in the future for any and all home repairs.
