Terrible experience. I sent my Pea coat to get dry cleaned. Once I got it back and took it home, I noticed both pockets were ripped and had a safety pin in the fabric in an attempt to keep it together. On top of that, the coat was a lot dirtier than before getting it cleaned". There was double the amount of lint on the inside of the coat

Expensive & incompetent. I could almost buy new pants for what they charge. Brought in 2 pairs of pants neither came clean and one came back with the hem badly wrinkled. And service is shady - he wasn’t even going to say anything about the stains until I asked and then only mentioned one and not the other. I should have thrown the pants out and gone shopping, and would have if they had been honest up front about not being able to clean my pants. This place will rip you off, they just want your money. Go somewhere else, anywhere else! This is the first time I have been compelled to leave a bad review so not something I do lightly.

Extremely rude and unprofessional and charged for cleaning a stain which they could not do. Then shouting inside the shop instead of speaking respectfully. Should have informed that could not provide service before charging. It doesn't seem like it was even cleaned at all and just kept in the shop for days, as came back with more dust on it. Will never use their services even for free.

A FANTASTIC dry cleaner at the Metro plaza!! The owner is amazing, great service and prices. My dress needed alterations asap and it was done earlier and it was perfect!! They take pride in their business and are wonderful people. Thanks again!

I have been going to Kevin for many years and had done alterations for pants and jackets all of them in jeans. The type of Jeans I wear that needed tailoring were Nudie jeans (Raw Selvage Premium Jeans) and I trust him to do my tailoring. Shortening, cuffing, hemming etc. He won't let you take the item until you are happy. He genuinely listens and is a good hearted man. He is accountable and never has been late or surpassed his words on timeline when it will be completed. I highly recommend going to him, tell him you read Johnson's review about Dry Clean 4 U and he will take care of you I guarantee!

Took my Rudsak coat there to dryclean. They left the glue marks at front and sleeves of the jacket .when I confronted the owner refused and said I am blaming him. He was very rude and disrespectful. Paid $65 even collars are darker in color as compared to the jacket..owner refused to refund or even fix it ...Be carefull with expensive clothing....not going to this place again....very bad experience ..

I love this place! The friendly guy there is so helpful, kind and honest. I had a wedding to go to they were able to accommodate me last minute. Since then I bring in all my alteration needs and they take care of it so perfectly. Kevin is a new owner and he's fantastic! Highly recommend it!

Messed up my shirt and jackets. Burnt my shirt. Expensive NOT worth going. I would like to give less then 1 start but unfortunately I dont nabe that option.WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!

Picked up my dry clean to discover that my work suits were full of lint and wrinkles. They took it back to get the items dry cleaned again which took an additional 4 days. The owner did not apologize or provide any compensation. Do not get your clothes dry cleaned at this place!
