Stood in line with only 2 people ahead of us for almost 20 minutes. The cashier was very rude, and not only forgot things we ordered but added other items to it. By the time we got our correct food and drinks the line up was out the door. We were very disappointed in our entire visit as this was always our go to place when we were half way home. I cant believe how this Tim's has changed.

Awful service 6 employees behind the counter, waited in line in drive thru came in and stood there ignored for 10 mins. Don't waste your time stopping at this location

Just came through your DT and ordered 2 med coffees with a caramel shot in both and ordered hockey cards x2 which is only $1 per drink ordered. My order was $6.40 total, and your staff at the window one named Logan, tried to charge us additional almost $5 for the cards and was very rude at the window and acted like we had the issues when we already paid and was shrugging his shoulders at us and had zero idea how to problem solve with a customer let alone display exceptional customer service. I think some re-training or module watching on customer service should definitely be considered in this situation… this coming from a manager at a fast food restaurant, I know how a great guest experience should ALWAYS be done!

I witnessed the manager yelling at a young lady with blonde and blue hair about hours. SHE EVEN TOLD HER TO LEAVE! This was not the first time I have witnessed this poor girl being attacked by management!!!! I cant believe such a huge corporation would allow their employees to be treated so horrible!!! Something needs to be done about this! It made me sick what a horrible way to start a day! EDIT.... still no one has reached out about this abuse towards their staff member! Tim Hortons you do realize making fun of someone's mental health is illegal! Do Better!

Horrible. Horrible, horrible. Stood in line with others for over 20 minutes plenty of staff working but all of them stood around talking to each other totally oblivious that they actually get paid to serve customers. Then they all walked to the back did not come back and serve any of us. I left without ordering and went elsewhere. Do not go here. You won't get served. This is awful for Tim Hortons.

There's one stand-out reason for providing this review to an otherwise average Tim Hortons shop.My husband and I stopped by for a bite to eat and a hot coffee on our way through town. The young gentleman who assisted us: his name is Logan, was absolutely wonderful! He took our order with a genuine smile and was very helpful in understanding our multiple requirements (no bacon, double toasted, etc. etc.) He created such a heartwarming customer experience, that he deserves the recognition for a job well done.Logan, I've worked with many young people in my career and I can tell right away if someone's got what it takes to succeed." :) You've got the obvious characteristics and winning attitude of someone who will go far (if you choose to do so)!
