Best gym in the area- by far. Amazing & caring staff, super friendly atmosphere (without being annoying), good equipment, 24/7 access, clean. Great place for both beginners and the more experienced. And Allie, the dog, is a total honey and makes me look forward to swapping my shoes. Thanks Josh and team for providing a space to clear my head.

The team at OS Fitness is super friendly and is great with gym regular and first time gym goers. If you want to start workout or want to take your training to the next level this gym is awesome. It has 24hrs access so you don't have to worry about making it there before it closes or waiting outside for someone to open it.

Absolutely amazing gym! There are no words to describe just how welcoming, comfortable and clean this gym is. The whole team is incredible because if you have any questions they will drop what they are doing to help. I have failed at many gyms due to the environment and culture, but this one has truly changed my life! Simply amazing and if I could give them 100 stars I would!

Josh and his team are professional and maintain a great report with the individuals training there. You always feel welcome in this judgement free environment. During the pandemic I was able to take home and use some the equipment from the gym in order to maintain my progress.

Very well run, private gym. Always clean and garbage dumped. Josh the owner gets to know all of his members and makes a point of speaking to them.
