I absolutely trust that anyone in this company is more than capable of helping you deal with and prevent unwanted pests in your home.Terry is one of my new favourite individuals in this town. He is not only very personable, he is honest and is able to back up his recommendations and suggestions with years of experience.I won't be calling anyone else to deal with the pests we all encounter in our homes because Terry has shown me he is a smart and capable savant when it comes to unwanted house guests.

This company is one of the best companies I have dealt with. They conducted their business with honesty and integrity. We had three sheds completely overrun with rats and Jeff completely sealed them up, not an easy job by any stretch, and a month in now their isn't a single rat to be seen. I will be using this company again when it is wasp season! Their prices are very good and it was a total pleasure working with them.

As a property manager for over 20 years I have dealt with several pest control companies. However, Ally has become my go-to for any pest control issues I may have. I have been dealing with this company for at least 6 years and have never had any concerns or issues. This company operates with pride, honesty and integrity. Ally pest control stands by their work, their product, and their good name. I would highly recommend this company for any pest control needs you may have.Additionally we have used this company to sanitize our six story apartment building when covid was at its height. The product they use has a 3-month residual and the cost was very affordable. We would use them again for this if the need ever arose again.

Very knowledgeable.Owen is a really personable guy. If he is running late, he calls and lets you know. We live in Courtenay and they are located in Port Alberni but service this large area of the Island. Locally owned and operated. Professional. Explains what they are going to do and what to expect; they did a follow up. Rates are very good, especially since it is difficult to quote over the phone until they come and see the extent of the problem. Highly recommend them.

Terry and Jeff have assisted with a rodent problem in two locations for us. They are calm and knowledgeable when answering questions about disgusting beasts and certainly know how to deal with them. Follow up visits are part of their service, carting away captures and setting new traps. Their service is very much appreciated!!

I called to ask about carpet beetles and I received the most honest answer I could have ever expected. This company explained how I could solve my issue over the phone and didn't charge me. I'm not saying they're going to do this for every instance but you can bet that there's never been a more honest company than one that says, well actually you can solve that issue on your own for about $50. I would trust these guys with my life after my call today with them. You can bet that any issue I have I'll call them now and go with them in the future. I really want to say thank you to Ally today for the info you gave me. There's no way I'll look anywhere else now. Thanks again!

Never turned up when they said they would but they did provide the service twice and they got their total $470 fee the first time. The third time I waited at home for 3 days and then found that they had left a card on the door--didn't hear them knock and there was no phone call to say that they were there--couldn't reach them by phone. Out of the blue, a fourth time, another card--I guess if anyone complains they can say they provided the service. So I've given up and will look for a pest control company where they can actually say what day they are going to arrive

I called 5 places around the Island for advice ; this was the only place that would have a conversation with me. He was highly educated, professional and truly helpful. I now have a plan, should it not happen the way I hope it does and I need them to come in I will be calling this place for help for sure - excellent service!

I called Ally when I was at a loss what to do about a rat. It has come in to my home and the traps I was setting just weren't doing it. They came same day and gave so much helpful advice on what I can do to stop a reoccurrence once we get this one. I have their service for a month as we try to catch this tricky rat. My house isn't exactly easy to navigate where the rat is but no matter what this company has ideas on what we can do and try. They answer any questions I have and are super flexible to my schedule.

We had tenants that left a serious bedbug problem behind when they moved out. We had to remove all carpets, baseboards to be safe. I called the company on on a Saturday and Terry very patiently explained everything that needed to be done as a bedbug problem can be hard to rid. He explained it had to be a heat treatment and explained how and why. He went on a holiday Monday to inspect and had a team ready to go in the next day. Terry was helpful and extremely efficient. Strongly recommend this company.
