Precision Tennis

It has been a great experience learning tennis with precision! My coach Matt is friendly, patient, and FUN to work with!! I’ve never played tennis in the past. Absolutely beginner! Matt constantly provide constructive feedback to help me improve! Highly recommend!!

Matthew is a great coach. He gave both my husband I great tips and over only 3 lessons we both improved a lot. He is super encouraging and very professional, and very knowledgeable as a coach. I hope to continue to learn from matthew next season!

I started group tennis lessons the summer of 2022 and found that I really enjoy the sport, but was struggling to improve my skills to be more consistent at rallying. I signed up for private lessons this summer for some individual focus, hoping to to improve and sustain longer rallies.When I started with Coach Matt, I was maybe rallying about 3-5 regular balls from the baseline, but after a few sessions, I now regularly hit an average of 20 from the baseline, and have gone as high as 52 (front and backhand).What I appreciate about Coach Matt is that he understands me, my tennis goals and growth mindset, and how to give me immediate feedback in a no-fuss, respectful way so I can quickly integrate his coaching with the next ball. If he notices that something isn’t clicking or when I tell him I don't understand, he takes the time to explain it in ways that help make it more clear to me. He also knows how to push me with balls that are outside my skill set enough to make me feel uncomfortable and challenged so I can improve, and doesn't give me balls that are too easy or difficult that I become bored and disengaged. I highly recommend Coach Matt if you’re looking for some individualised focus and someone to hit with and get some constructive feedback to improve your skills.

A group of friends and I took classes with Isaac in summer 2022 and we could not have been happier with the progress we made as a product of his kind direction, keen observation skills, and fun teaching methods. Issac is a phenomenal tennis player, which allows him to identify the pointed issue with a players technique (or lack of). Despite his own tennis ability, he is also able see through a beginners eyes, and he will make any participant feel comfortable and excited about the game. Watch out Isaac, we will be back for you summer 2023!

Lessons with Matthew have been nothing but fantastic. I've tried other coaches before but noticed that he has a knack for explaining things that makes it easier to understand. I feel like I've improved with all tips that he's given me. Would definitely recommend him to others!

The lessons with Pablo have been phenomenal. Pablo brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to his lessons with the expertise to deliver instruction in an easy-to-understand and enjoyable format. Have noticed a significant improvement in my game and I look forward to continuing our classes. Would 100% recommend for beginners and experienced players alike.

I started taking private lessons with Precision Tennis in summer 2022. I have had at least one hour of 1 on 1 time with many of their coaches and confidently recommend all of them. They are all professional, knowledgeable, and the hour long sessions are jam packed with high quality instruction. I frequently find myself jotting down notes after the lessons end so that I don't forget anything I just learned. There are many different locations/times/coaches to choose from, and I enjoy having the booking flexibility to fit my schedule.In 2022, I had most of my lessons with coach Derek and he has now moved on to an operational role within the company. In 2023, I've been taking many of my lessons with coach Matt, who has continued to elevate all aspects of my game.
