Spout plus Handle replacement in Acrylic TubWe needed the handles & spout replaced in our acrylic lined tub, so a hole would have to be made. Another plumber (-not Lampert) we contacted said he didn't want to deal with the acrylic liner as he was unfamiliar with working with acrylic and he would not fix any holes left behind.When I contacted Lampert Plumbing they told us this could be done easily in one trip, they would take care of everything, the plumbing and the wall fix as well.Communication with Arthur was excellent and everything clearly explained. He even ordered the exact tub handle we saw online and made sure all the parts would fit together. Bob came to efficiently do the installation, all in one trip, no fuss, just as promised. The final price was just as quoted. We love our new Moen single handle shower lever, the tub looks like new! Thanks to the team at Lampert Plumbing , we highly recommend them and plan to use them again for any future plumbing requirements.

I called Lampert Plumbing on the recommendation of my sister who was always pleased with their service. I was not disappointed. I needed a new kitchen tap installed and a broken shower cartridge replaced. I also had two older toilets that would often start running water without filling the tank. The pleasant young man sent by Lampert was knowledgeable and efficient. Everything is working perfectly. I especially appreciated the care he took with my bathroom tile when replacing the cartridge. Although my original cartridge was no longer available they were able to find a suitable replacement. It is wonderful to find a company that truly knows what they are doing and have a commitment to excellent service. Thank-you.

Needed a plumber in a emergency, Lampert Plumbing took care of all my needs.I needed 2 sinks installed in my upstairs bathroom, I called to book an appointment,They came to my house not too long after and installed both sinks.I am very pleased with their work and will be calling for any future needs. Our shower faucet started leaking and it was necessary to get a plumber right away. The shower had been installed by Lampert Plumbing many, many years ago and never required a repair in all those years. I decided to contact Lampert to see if they could do the repair. Arthur personally contacted me and arranged for Bob to start the work. Everything about the repair was professionally completed and our shower looks like new again. It is such a relief to know that there are such companies like Lampert that take personal pride and care in servicing their customers.In addition, the prices were reasonable and all aspects of the job requirements explained clearly. We will definitely have Lampert Plumbing to do all our plumbing, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs professional plumbing workmanship that is high quality, reasonably priced and with great customer service.

We asked them to hook up the sink, toilet and shower system, after tiling installation, and we had pictures of what was before tiling. The Lampert refused to take this job because they prefer to do everything themselves from the beginning. So it doesn't sound like they have sufficient experience if they are afraid of most common situations (installing new features to existing settings). Not very professional... At least they replied to the call, so they get 2 stars, but so much for the best 10 plumbers"... When the job is straight-forward people even without experience can do it

I tried to find a plumber who could fix the leaking kitchen faucet for the next day since it was the only time I could be present. I called a few plumbers the night before but none of them would be able to do it in the next morning. Fortunately, I found a website of Lampert Plumbing and left a message there asking for their service as soon as possible. I did not expect to get a response in the next morning, though. Most companies will usually response customer's emails within 24-48 hours but Lampert Plumbing responded my inquiry within less than 24 hours. I was very impressed with Lampert Plumbing. They are very professional with a prompt service.In less than about 10 hours after I left a message on their website, I got a phone call from Arthur. He told me that he would try to find someone who could do it at the same day. Israel came to our place and fixed the leaking faucet in timely manner (it took only about 30 minutes). The price is also reasonable. We are very pleased with prompt and professional manners that Arthur and Israel have done so far. We highly recommend Lampert Plumbing.

We've been using Lampert Plumbing for more than a decade. Their customer service is excellent, and they are quick to arrive after booking. We can't say enough about their work. We've used them for everything from renovations to clogged toilets and replacement faucets. They do it all. If there was another star to put onto my review I would. The only plumbing service I'd ever use.

Having been pleased with Lampert 15 years ago, I immediately went back to them this fall for a new toilet, 2 sink tops, and miscellaneous repairs. I did not bother looking anywhere else.Still the same ... great service, good price, and unbelievable communication.
