Bagged Online Grocery

I have been using Bagged for over 6 months now. No monthly fees, prices are reasonable and they don’t expect you to add $50 to your bill. If the $50 is not used, it takes 10 days to return it. Bagged saves me money.Customer service and communication has always been clear. I like being able to communicate with both texts and emails.Replacements for items not available has always been top notch. When the delivery is made, there is a discussion about changes and if I need anything else. I feel respected. With my health and mobility issues, the deliver items are handed to me or placed inside the door. Items are never placed in front of the door making it impossible to open the door.The delivery man is always polite, and my dog ( who is old, blind, and senile) likes the delivery man’s visits. I have not had any issue with this service.

Amazing customer service and very user friendly app! It was very easy to navigate through the page as a first time user, as well as the option to like the items as you shop is an extremely useful feature. Definitely going to continue using this service as it makes grocery shopping that much easier!

Realized I'm stranded at home with my two kids and we're out of bread and couple other things. Tried Bagged for the first time and was really impressed. Got my delivered items in a couple hours from a nice gentleman - soo easy! I definitely will use this service more often. It was a lifesaver and super convenient. Also, I probably saved money from not physically being in the store and buying more stuff than I need !
