This location provides outstanding customer service and support to their clients. This was my first time getting storage and Melissa was the best. She provided accurate information, spent time understanding our needs and showing us different sized storage units and various access points to the storage. She informed us of all the costs upfront and was very kind.It was a very quick and smooth process. Highly recommend this location.

I would highly recommend the 270 rexdale blvd location. I worked for another company that offered storage and it did not compare to access storage. Staff were great , the storage size was available and everything was easy. Melissa the manager was extremely friendly.

Too good to be true. There is no lie on this 5 star rating. Melissa and the team have a great job, awesome smile and very easy to talk too. I highly recommended this place. Neat, tidy, organized and good customer service. I will give more than 5 star.

Melissa was sweet and informative and quick at signing us up and walking us through the facility. She broke down the prices for us, showed the different sized units they had available and showed us how to enter the units and the grounds with the access codes and keys. AccessStorage will definitely have my business for years to come. Thank you Melissa!!
