I went to visit here with a friend and the store had a mother's day promo going on. However they would not give me their promotional coupon despite me and my friend making separate purchases because somehow me and my friend are counted as one" customer. I would recommend going elsewhere for bubble tea instead."

EDIT: came back recently and tried the calamansi green tea with peach resin. I recommend getting at least 50% sugar otherwise it's a bit too sour. Peach resin is unique and a nice texture. Still a bit on the pricey end but they have good daily specials! Service was great, as always!*****My first visit here was lovely - staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the place is clean and well lit, and the drink was delicious.I asked the staff for their two most popular drinks and she told me about the Lychee Black Milk Tea which is unique to YGO. She recommended it with grass jelly and it was a perfect match. Light, refreshing, well balanced and definitely not something I tried before.It's a bit pricier on its face but it comes in a large cup and the quality is good.

Some of the drinks are not bad as some of the reviewers mentioned. However, their signature milk tea is not good. Very underwhelming tea flavour. For the price they charge, you can get better value elsewhere (e.g. machi machi). Service is also hit or miss. Not great customer service training. The store is in a nice plaza with good parking. Interior atmosphere is good. Menu is easy to read in store. I wish I could give this a better rating.

YGO staff were super friendly and accommodating! You can tell the staff are passionate about their drinks and provide excellent descriptions on what is tasty. The staff moved tables and chairs for us to allow us to sit and study! Bonus that they are dog friendly as long as the pup is on leash! Drinks are tasty and would recommend people to check this place out i got the fresh strawberry fourseason tea and the white peach mountain tea and both were delicious! Will definitely be coming back here as it is a great place for me and my pup to get out of the house and study!

I had 2 completely experiences here. The first time was very underwhelming with their signature milk tea. It was just bland and diluted. The 2nr time their premium green tea was really good: fragrant, rich yet fresh and not too overpowering. The cream cheese was very deicious too. Service was always very kind and pleasant.

This is their second location that recently opened in Markham. I love their drinks in their downtown location. This location is so much closer to me and with plenty of free parking outside. The place is bright and clean. Service as usual is super friendly and nice! One of my must is their Honey Lemon Ade. I normally get this one and them try out different one. Their tea is brewed perfectly, so I recommended drinks with tea!

Dogs are allowed indoorsThis location is in the very opposite end away from the Bernese Barista dog cafe. Similarly to the dog cafe, this location is also dog friendly and you can bring your dog inside.They have a water bowl in case your dog gets thirsty as well. Owners brought out a bag of treats and let my dog have some as well.Just note that I didn't see any nature's miracle enzyme spray readily available here. Please bring some with you and leave it in the car just in case. If your dog has an accident, you can retrieve it from the car to clean up. It's not necessary to do this and is optional, but I recommend it so more businesses will be willing to become or stay dog friendly.
