This is definitely a great residence to be in for first year. There are however a few things to consider: there is no working elevators other than on move in day, the washrooms are coed, and the building is a little old with fairly small rooms. One bonus however is there are a lot of fun and great people that you live really close to and you live directly above the cafeteria.

Very good buffet. You can come in I believed any day of the week and pay $10 (CAD) by the main entrance and that will cover your buffer. Lots of different kinds of food to choose from. Has pop, milk dispensing machines. It has desserts and fruit area. It also have lots of sitting areas and big windows all around the hall which lights comes in. Definitely worth paying for it!
