What a great team - from Marci who booked the appointment to the HVAC and electrical teams. Great friendly and knowledgeable people. I think my place may have gave them a few curve balls with some tight clearances, but they made it seem easy. I tried to keep out of their way but enjoyed and learned from watching them and they were great answering the few questions that I had. Clean up was great. I found a knock out plug on the ground when they were gone, but other than the new equipment you wouldn't be able to tell that they had even been there! FYI the other Service not Listed" was an electrical line to my garage done by the electrical team and that almost makes me as happy as the heat pump!"

The guys were great, on time and informative. They even moved out outdoor mat and furniture back when they were done and left no mess .live in an RV? They will hook you up. Thanks Wes

I was left without heat after the furnace in my new house was condemned. I called all around and nobody could fit me in for a over a month, until I spoke with Marci at South Shore HVAC. Within a week or so I had a beautiful heat pump up and running! Everyone involved was kind, professional, friendly, and most importantly for me FAST. I really thought I’d be living in space heaters and 20 sweaters this winter. I’m so so happy that I found South Shore HVAC and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for repairs or upgrades to their heating and cooling systems.

Dave Birtles was very informative when presenting a system to us. Very knowledgable. We had talked to another dealer and something did not seem right. We are very glad we reached out to South Shore HVAC. Once we decided to purchase from them the date they told us the unit would be installed was the date they were here. From start to finish South Shore HVAC was a professional, easy company to deal with. We were interested in installing an AC system in our summer home and they came and engineered the perfect custom set up for our house and met all of our needs and concerns. The installation was done when we were at our permanent home in New York and the place was left clean - there was no evidence that a major installation had been done in the house. We were able to make our deposit and final payment electronically and everything was just seamless. We are now enjoying the summer in our cool house! Thank you!
