Dare To Be Youth Charity

The Dare to be Youth Charity has transformed my life completely! A great place to grow as a person and as a student! Volunteer hours are granted and so many opportunities are presented! DTBY is truly a life changing place and I am so grateful and humble to be apart of it! Defiantly recommend joining their Community Youth Council!!

Being a part of the Dare To Be Youth Community Youth Council has inspired me so much and I am beyond excited to be able to share that with other people. Right from their Surviving to Thriving workshop (now called The Leader Within) the mentors are so motivating, and it constantly inspires you. My favourite part about their Community Youth Council is the opportunity it provides you to be a mentee and mentor which is very valuable to me. It is nice knowing that someone is always there to help and guide you while at the same time you get to be a leader within your community and help inspire other to do the same. After the turn out of the Youth Inspire Community Day we held in November 2021, I am so beyond excited to see what 2022 holds for not only the CYC but the Dare To be Youth Charity as a whole!

I had the privilege of working at DTBY last summer and really enjoyed my time there! The collaborative and innovative environment, coupled with the supportive work culture made my experience at DTBY better than I could have imagined. The teamwork and synergy within the staff also played a considerable role in my positive experience. I am very happy with my time spent at DTBY!
