McDonald's!Ate in at this location.It is a very nice and very clean restaurant. Even the restroom was very clean.Service was very good and a person came around with a thermos, topping up customers coffees. Nice!There is also a good size parking lot.

My daughter called before we came to make sure the ice cream machine was working. We were told it was. When we got there, were told it was not. I said we called 20 mins ago and were assured it was working, to be told well it was working 20 mins ago" yet the group ahead of us got mcflurries...."

Went here with the crew for lunch and the McCrispy, Big Mac, AND Fillet o fish we orderered were all way overcooked, but the fries were undercooked and basically unsalted. The store was also absolutely infested with flies (see pics for a couple examples). Oh, and the sink in the men's bathroom is broken.

Without doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Orders take forever, if you go after midnight is probably 50/50 if you can get food or not. It seems to hardly ever be freshly cooked too. Go across town to the other one

I just went thru the drive thru and got home and put my breakfast on a plate and there was a bite out of my hashbrown. Very disgusting!

Shortly after posting a polite young lady (Katie)working alone started to clean the tables and made some good headway. Seems like she is working alone on keeping the place clean but she cleaned the tables really well once she was able to get to them.Original review: Place is messy. Machines are broken for self swell payment. When you bring it up to thr manager she chuckled and already knewNot ask game table clean at it’s 330 in the afternoon and only 4 people in thr place.Sub par by McDonald’s standards. Even the sundae I order had chocolate spilled over the edge with no efforts to keep it clean.

Worst line up I have seen, 3 reserved spots for cars waiting on there orders, all full wait time was 11 minutes when finally sauntered out handed the order over no words from employee oh and no straws. Disappointed to say the least, watching people in the restaurant cleaning tables so they can use them….

Friendly staff a really busy location. Had to wait a considerable amount of time for what I think is a basic drive through order. They are set up for high volume but not able to manage the load. Timmy’s across the way is a better bet we feel. Hope things improve, know it is a hard job and the kids are trying hard

Went to take a bite out of my Bigmac from Southbank McDonalds and found a big long hair in it. Very unhygienic and unsanitary
