The worst company I have dealt with.They are not well trained and deal with people with disrespect and impoliteness.Even if you try to file a complaint, you will waste your time and discover another level of ignorance.Sometimes you have to go several times to get your own money as the system is regularly down or there are no sufficient funds.I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Bad customer service! , play with customer time, making them wait in long lines, while staff talk on the phone or perform other activities that delay customer service. Respect the time of the customers.

The guy working on the phone says he doesn’t speak English … yet he knew exactly what I was saying and would respond in French. I’m not from Quebec but I was just here and wanting to send money, desk worker was so lazy to take the time to respond in English. If you’re reading this: change jobs you sound miserable working 7$ an hour
