Worst beer store ever and that's saying something since they are all bad. Rude staff. Always sold out of everything. Beer is never cold. Dirty and smelly. Hate going there, unfortunately its the closest dump of a beer store to me.

Don’t know the name of that women with the glasses, but one of the rudest employees I’ve ever seen there, been going for years and this is the first experience where I had a hard time returning empties, was also called a liar and embarrassed me in front of several other customers

Terrible customer service from the miserable lady in the glasses. Honestly, if you read the reviews most of the negative ones are about her. How does she still work here? Won’t be back.

Extremely Horrible Customer service!!!!! The supervisor there named Mat is super rude!!! Mat If you don't like what you doing there..please let other people do it!!! This guy seems to have some type of power trip issue.. perhaps he need to re take some classes on customer service ... He like to look down on people .. and single them out to make himself feel bigger.. remember Matt everyone is going threw hard times right now, not just you .. please keep your issue at home and not at your job

This is the 3rd time I’ve shown up 10-15 minutes before close in the passed 2 months and everybody has packed up lights out and left already. I promise staying until you actually close will not kill you, please accurately change your times posted on google if you can’t do simply do that

I was lied to and treated badly. I didnt get a refund for cans and had walked out and left them there. Then when I went in to get a 12 pack of bottles and 20.00 that the manager promised me.Suddenly Manager had a receipt that Corrie had ang in the cans. You will never get my business ever again. Some manager you are.corrie did not ring them in. You did that after my husband and I had left the store..Shame on you.
