We had to cancel all my mother's future rides with access because repeatedly we witnessed that Calgary Access staff and Cheker Cab drivers did not have the training, compassion and functionality to care for a 90 years old partial blind senior.

As I write this, its 2:45 pm and a patient has been sitting in her wheelchair and waiting for Access to come pick her up since 11 am. This patient is immobile and has vision issues, so cannot safely wait outside the building on her own. We have called mulitple times and Access keeps saying that they sent a car, it waited and then left. We have given them our phone number every single time to have them call when they arrive, but apparently that is too much to ask. Shame on you. You are failing the disabled and senior citizens of this city.

Love it driver's are polite I can always count on them to get me to wherever I wanted to go...wish I knew about access when my mom was still alive I would of tooken her out alot more (felt guilty)cause I couldn't lift her wheelchair into the vehicle ...I have a disability...Keep up the great work you do...you make our lives easier to get around

I have had the opportunity to have this service as I recover from Total Knee Surgery and found the drivers very friendly helpful and kind. Truly appreciate this as it has helped me get to medical visits and religious ceremonies which I would have had difficulty getting to while in pain and on meds

Hi everyone,My daughter have started with Calgary transit access since 2017. We have noticed that some drivers do not show respect to the customers. They don’t listen to them. My daughter is 21 years old. She is adult and she is able to do her own seat belt. Also she can open the door. However, the driver does not listen and sometimes the driver talk loud with her. Hopefully the management take action and make change. Thanks

I just had the pleasure of watching Calgary Transit Access (Unit 714) pick up a man at Northland Mall.The driver was professional, courteous and genuinely showed care and compassion for this elderly man.Kudos to you in Unit 714!!! I’m impressed with your professional and kind ethics!!!
