I cannot thank this company enough! CAA called this company to drive down all the way from Utterson to Orillia just to tow my car to all the way to Oshawa. The lady receptionist was absolutely the sweetest and even called CAA for me to sort out an error, she took the time to call me back herself to confirm. The driver they sent was super nice and let my cat come in her carrier in the front with us. He was a safe driver! Thank you Thank you Thank you.

I can't thank enough baseline towing. They were immensely helpful in the towing process. I was given all the details of the process and the location. Once car was marked totaled, even the process of getting my belongings and license plates from the car was very helpful. The person who towed the car and the person in office were very polite and friendly.

These folks are locals with good equipment and capable people that are also nice to deal with. Over the years they have towed, started and generally helped out in our times of need. We carry their business card in both cars and on our phones so that we can get them directly.

Thank you Baseline Towing! After 2 other tow trucks were unable to get my car out of my garage and moved to the dealership, you came along, were patient and experienced, and carefully did the job. Highly recommend. Dispatch was great too! They actually listened!

Baseline Towing & Heavy Recovery
Great experience and really saved the day for us. Went to spread my moms ashes, got buried down a backwoods trail in kneedeep snow, spent an hour digging and pushing with no luck. Called caa and they put us in touch with Baseline Recovery, Brad drove over an hour and half through mud and brush to rescue us, he was incredibly understanding and professional, recovered our truck quickly and made sure we made it back out. In the end after a 20min hike, we managed to get my mom where she needed to be. Thank you Brad and Baseline.

I had to call for a tow truck, i was in an extremely unsafe spot on the highway with my 6 month old son and dogs in the car with me. The tow truck & pick up arrived within 20 minutes and got in the truck and safe off the road while they loaded the car onto a flat bed, brought it to our motel and was very reasonable priced. So happy with the friendly service and how my safety was a priority. 100% suggest to others

DAN IS THE MAN!!I was stranded on a Saturday with a flat tire on my truck, came to find my spare had a huge hole in it! it was clear that Dan was having a bad day, aside from being upset with ignorant drivers flying by us he also had a bad migraine. But through all of this he was an absolute professional and helped me get my tire sorted out. He went above and beyond to help get me back on the road!!!If your in a pinch, this is the guy you want to show up!!

Excellent service. Went off the road with a truck and trailer due to a icy hill. Within an hour of the tow truck arriving he had the trailer out of the ditch. He stayed until we were able to get the truck and trailer up the hill after un loading the machine from the trailer.

The roads were icy and I ended up sliding into the ditch on a side road. The tow truck was there quickly, the operator very polite and professional. He had me back on the road literally in minutes! Excellent service from dispatch too! Highly recommended, and they work with CAA too. Thanks Baseline Towing!
